Pros:

Parkeren op het terrein van het hotel. Centrum op loopafstand. Personeel gereserveerd maar vriendelijk. Kamer en badkamer voldoende ruim en schoon, airco, tv met chromecast. Balkon.

Cons:

Douchen in een bad, douchekop zo laag dat je er niet onder kon.
Het ontbijt was karig, weinig keuze qua vleeswaren, de scrambled eggs waren smakeloos, het gesneden fruit smaakte droog.

Perfect stay for to enjoy Colmar’s charm.
Pros:

Cozy and friendly, very nice and comfortable family rooms. Clever configuration for privacy for all members of the family in one room. Excellent beds. The morning buffet was delicious and really well organized, avoiding the chaos that can occur during breakfast time. Offering to bring your coffee or juice to the table for you is thoughtful and minimizes the amount of people trying to figure out where to get these life essentials early in the morning!

Cons:

I would have liked to know in beforehand where the entrance (gate) to their parking was. The hotel is in a busy street with traffic and barely anywhere to stop the car while you go and check. You need to get the electronic key first and then you can open the gate. In my opinion this could be communicated when reserving the parking spot.

Prima voor nachtje op doorreis.

Pros:

La camera molto accogliente seppur piccolina, dotata di aria condizionata e dei vari confort.

Cons:

Abbiamo trovato assurdo che la camera non venisse sistemata prima delle 15:00 del pomeriggio. Entrambi i giorni, una volta rientrati in hotel per riposarci o semplicemente andare in bagno, siamo stati costretti ad aspettare in reception che la camera venisse riordinata nonostante la mattina la lasciassimo alle 10:00.
