Le bruit de la climatisation dans les chambres

Airconditioning could be better, it didn't cool so well. We had our own fan and that made it comfy
Ottimo Hotel, nuovo, pulito, comodo, con parcheggio privato e per noi che eravamo in auto, è stato molto comodo. Bella la stanza, silenziosissima, spaziosa, letti comodi e bagno grande. Colazione abbondante. Dista circa 800 mt dal centro storico di Colmar. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

La camera era estremamente piccola e assolutamente inadatta a ospitare una coppia. La disposizione degli spazi la rendeva ancora più scomoda e mancavano servizi ormai basilari, come un frigorifero e una semplice bottiglia d’acqua di cortesia. Alla mia richiesta di una bottiglia d’acqua alla reception mi sono stati chiesti ben 5 euro, un prezzo ingiustificabile e poco rispettoso nei confronti degli ospiti.
Anche il bagno è risultato inadeguato, i teli da doccia erano talmente piccoli da risultare praticamente inutilizzabili e poco profumati
La colazione: piatti e stoviglie erano tutti diversi, vecchi, usurati e davano un’impressione di trascuratezza. Il personale si presentava con un abbigliamento poco professionale e l’igiene dell’area colazione non trasmetteva alcuna cura o attenzione.
Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è pessimo e non lo consiglierei a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e un minimo di attenzione verso il cliente. Posizione lontana dal centro
