Pros:

Personnel accueillant, souriant, professionnel.
Chambre propre, nette , et pas de bruit.
Petit déjeuner complet.
Nous sommes vite partis car un groupe de vacanciers très très bruyant.
J'ai aussi remarqué que les gens laissent beaucoup trop d'aliments sur la table et partent.

Quel dommage de gaspiller autant

Cons:

Il ny a rien que je n'ai pas apprécié concernant l'hôtel et ma chambre.
Juste le petit déjeuner très bruyant qui n'est pas de votre ressort ainsi que la nourriture qui part a la poubelle

Pros:

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel. Gute Bus Anbindung zur Innenstadt. Zimmer zwar klein, aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet und vor allem sehr sauber.
Essen im Restaurant war lecker. Personal sehr freundlich.

Breakfast was very good! Staff attempted to help resolve issues and were friendly.

Cons:

The WiFi would only work for phones so unable to use my computer which was needed as we had some trip planning needs. Rooms warm so needed to keep window open to keep room temperature comfortable.

Nagyon szép kis hotel kedves személyzettel. Szerintem kicsit drága volt ahhoz képest amit nyujtott.

Cons:

Nagyobb hotelről beszélünk szerintem megoldhattak volna a szoba elosztását jobban is mert pihenni nem igen tudtunk a nagy családoktól.
Éjszakai dorombolesek hajjali gyerek üvöltes....
Ha már több pár illetve család száll meg akkor mashogy is ellehetetett volna osztani.

Camera spaziosa, letto molto comodo, staffa gentile e disponibile, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla Little Venice. Ottimo il ristorante e la colazione semplice ma molto buona.

Cons:

Spazio manovra parcheggio ridotto (se si ha una station wagon)

Pros:

Buena relación calidad-precio, el personal atento y el servicio impecable. La comodidad, tranquilidad y limpieza de la habitación; y el detalle de las infusiones/cafés de bienvenida se agradecen. El enfoque ecológico de todo el hotel es un gran punto y en general con todas las instalaciones lo hacen muy cercano y acogedor. Se puede llegar al centro dando un paseo.
Quizá tendrían que mirar el tema de regular la calefacción, que al menos para nosotros que éramos 3 adultos en una habitación, tuvimos calor aún bajando todo lo que se podía.
