Bien pour une escale à Colmar
Pros:

Son emplacement, l’hôtel en lui-même malgré les travaux, la très belle salle du restaurant ( uniquement pour le petit déjeuner, l’hôte ne faisant pas de restauration)

Cons:

La lumière bleue du radiateur qui éclaire la chambre toute la nuit par la porte vitrée,
Le mauvais conseil sur le choix d’un restaurant en ville qui s’est avéré être très décevant.

Nous sommes déjà venu et très pratique car proche de tout pour visite promenade.
Le personnel très sympa

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre : drap un peu déchiré, salle de bain pas très propre.

Pros:

The hostess were very nice, welcoming and they were there for every need. The pool was great. The location was perfect in the city center and you can find everything very easily by foot. I would highly recommend the place 😍

Could be more but sadly wasn‘t
Pros:

Very central location and generally cozy.

Cons:

Rooms were extremely cold, especially the bathroom. Spa is extremely basic and only has a small (and cold) pool. Breakfast is not included and costs 22€, which they didn‘t tell us… so felt very ripped off.

Un séjour très agréable
Pros:

Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, le buffet du petit déjeuner varié et copieux, servi dans une très belle salle d’époque. Les chambres sont propres et confortables. L’hôtel est particulièrement bien situé dans le cœur historique de Colmar.

Cons:

L’éclairage est inadapté pour le maquillage, comme dans la plupart des hôtels !

Enttäuschend, höchstens 2 Sterne wert!

Das freundliche Personal und die Lage

Cons:

Die 4 Sterne dieses Hotel sind völlig überbewertet. Eingang und mindestens der erste Stock ist eine Baustelle. Die Möbel abgewohnt, die Matratzen durchgelegen, alles macht einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Der Tisch mit einer Klebefolie beklebt. Die Toilette nur bei offener Tür nutzbar (Bad und Toiletten sind in dem größeren Zimmer getrennt). Man stößt mit den Knien an die Tür. Wir haben das Hotel gebucht v.a. wegen der Sauna gebucht. Erst NACH dem Bezahlen kam die Info, dass die Sauna derzeit nicht in Funktion ist. Über die Bauarbeiten im Hotel hätte vorher bei Booking informiert werden müssen. Zumindest über die Einschränkungen! Das Frühstück ist mehr als “Basic”. Rührei unansehnlich das aus Flüssigei. Nur eklig. Was in einem Hotel gar nicht geht, wenn das Frühstspersonal in ihren Strassenklammotten das Buffet arrangiert bzw. die Gäste bedient. Absolut und weit weg von 4 Sternen. Parken im sehr nahen Parkhaus zum gleichen Preis möglich wie die vom Hotel angebotene Garage. Achtung: sehr eng für etwas größere Fahrzeuge, zudem Vergiftungsgefahr, da die Garage automatisch (ohne Sensor) wieder schließt. Um Rangierschäden zu vermeiden habe ich doch im nahegelegenen Parkhaus geparkt.
