Pros:

Nice balcony to sit out in the evening. Location just outside the old town

Cons:

Some staff were fabulous but others quite grumpy. Hotels without aircon must supply fans as a standard. We had to chase some dodgy old fans.

Excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location and parking facilities. It is very easy to find the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and shops around the area. Excellent to have a shower and not a bathtub in the room.

Cons:

The weather in the whole world seems to be changing fast and I could see that this hotel will need to invest in air conditioning at some point. Opening the window and even the terrace door completely was not enough to cool the room a bit to be able to sleep comfortably.

Goed hotel in het mooie Kaysersberg
Pros:

Zeer goede locatie, heel kort bij de oude stadskern. Zeer rustig gelegen. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamer, uiterst proper, goede douche, breed en zeer goed bed. Heel fijn ontbijt. Gratis parking bij het hotel.

Cons:

Veel te warme kamer. Overdag was het buiten 33° geweest, onze kamer lag aan de achterkant naar het zuiden. Ook al waren de luiken naar beneden toen we aankwamen, zal het bijna 30° geweest zijn op de kamer. Het koelde 's nachts ook maar heel traag af, ook al sliepen we met het raam open. Met zo'n dagen is airco wel meer dan wenselijk. Een ventilator is het minste wat je mag verwachten, maar die was er niet.

Prima en aan te bevelen. Volkst heeft de naam, maar Kaysersberg is lieflijk en minder toeristisch.
Pros:

Goede prijs-/ kwaliteitsverhouding.

Cons:

Tegenvallen is een groot woord, maar een goede verbetering is Airco op de kamers. En brood en beleg ook op het buffet zetten ipv op de tafels. Overigens werd het bij extra vragen direct keurig aangevuld. Een eigerecht ontbrak ook.
