L'hôtel est magnifique, mais le personnel est exécrable. Ils nous ont mis à la porte en pleine nuit avec un jeune enfant, sous prétexte qu'un pourboire de 50 € pour le ménage était insuffisant. Il y avait des sacs de livraison près de la poubelle, on a dit aux enfants qu'ils ne pouvaient pas commander à emporter, et personne ne leur a indiqué où ni quoi manger. Nous avons donc tout emballé dans des sacs, les avons mis dans la salle de bain près de la poubelle et leur avons donné 50 € pour le ménage. Mais cela n'a pas suffi. De plus, pendant deux jours, j'ai demandé s'il y avait des chambres disponibles pour prolonger notre séjour, et pendant deux jours, ils n'ont pas répondu, me disant simplement d'attendre. Nous avons trois enfants. Nous devons organiser notre hébergement et notre séjour. Que pouvons-nous espérer ? C'est vraiment dommage qu'un si bel hôtel soit gâché par un personnel aussi désagréable.
