Serveurs qui se trompent de tables, de plats, les boissons commandées qu'il faut aller réclamer au bar.
Après l'entrée, le serveur nous a demandé ce que nous désirions en dessert, ne voulant pas comprendre que nous avions commandé un menu ...
I absolutely loved this place! The staff was so welcoming and nice and tolerated my imperfect French with a smile. The young lady at the reception desk made the place feel almost like home from the first interaction. The people working in the hotel restaurant were very courteous and exemplary professionals. Really nice food as well (though I could feel the cumin in the choucroute from the moon, most likely).
The room was impeccable, very clean, tastefully decorated. The WiFi was pretty good. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever tried; it was like being on a fluffy cloud. My only regret is I had to leave early in the morning and did not get to enjoy sleeping in.
Very nice breakfast, with a wide selection. Great scrambled eggs! As a side note, though I do not know if anyone cares about such things when booking a hotel, the plates and bowls they use for breakfast are really nice and in tone with place.
I am sorry I did not have time to try the spa and other facilities, but I expect they are equally high quality.
Two small things:
1. I had understood that there was some sort of closed parking, but that was not really the case. However, while the parking spaces were on the street opposite the main entrance, just marked as being for the hotel guests, I felt safe enough to leave valuable things in the car (which I would not have done under most circumstances). I think the town is so small and cozy that it basically felt like parking in front of my own house. The communication regarding the parking was the confusing part, that I mention here.
2. The one think in the room that bothered me was the plastic chair. Everything else is so nice and in perfect sink, but that chair is not just ugly and out of place, it is also, I imagine, really unpleasant to sit on in summer, when guests wear shorts and their skin sticks to the plastic.

Le prix est élevé.
Peu de plat léger et plus abordable au restaurant. Ça donne une enveloppe globale proche des 200 euros pour une nuit prise à titre pro (donc pas le temps de reprofiter du spa au matin). C'est onéreux pour le temps d'usage.
Personnel très accueillant et professionnel. Grand parking (gratuit) à disposition. Chambre et salle-de-bains rénovées. Très beau buffet de petit-déjeuner!
Restaurant le soir: très bon.
Chambre et salle-de-bains un peu exigues. Attention, l'hôtel dispose de deux bâtiments, vous ne serez pas forcément logés dans le bâtiment principal qui comprend le SPA, mais potentiellement en face. (route à traverser)

Parking a disposition et sécurisé, personnel très aimable et sympathique, pharmacie a proximité, logement très propre et calme , piscine, sauna, salle fitness... petit déjeuner copieux, cadre de restauration superbe. Présentation et nourriture du tonnerre. Excellente accueil. Café et thé dans la chambre gratuit. Bar/coffre fort dans la chambre. Possibilité commander plats ( menu dans la chambre)
Vmc de la clim/ chauffage impossible de la diriger vers le haut de la pièce. Attention ⚠️ 20°c max. Pas gênant pour nous mais attention dans notre bâtiment annexe il n'y a pas d'ascenseur ( a ma connaissance)
Excellent point de chute pour partir en vacances en Suisse ou en Italie. Facile d accès et grand parking. Chambre spacieuse et propre.
Prix du petit déjeuner
Nous avons aimé le très bon accueil, l'ecoute face à nos besoins, l'excellent restaurant, la très agreable piscine et le tres bon et varié petit dejeuner.
Un matelas un peu trop mou et des coussins trop épais (mais ce sont nos goûts, ça peut plaire à d'autres !). Dommage que le jaccuzzi ait eu un problème le 2e jour et qu'il n'ait pas été accessible.
