Helpful friendly team, comfortable room in centrally located hotel with private parking next to hotel.. highly recommend
Pros:

Central location in beautiful village .
Helpful and friendly staff
Portable airco provided during heat wave
Comfortable bed

Cons:

Everything was good.
Shame only had paper cups in room though.. didn’t fit the feeling of the rest of Hôtel.

Nice and cosy place in the heart of town :)
Pros:

Location is very good. In the center of everything you need to see. The bed and bathroom and room size. The breakfast was also nice. I loved the croissant in the breakfast and the fact that you get to choose between normal and chocolate so you can have it freshly made.

Cons:

The stairs to go to the bedroom are bit annoying but is that kind of building. I would like to be able to choice between having omelette and scrambled eggs and not only boiled eggs.

Charmant oud hotelletje in een prachtig schilderachtig stadje
Pros:

Er was een ontbijtbuffet. Duur! Je kon ook een klein ontbijt nemen dwz koffie, croissant en fruitsap.
Het is een heel typisch hotelletje met veel trappen. De locatie, middenin het stadje, vonden wij het leukst plus het feit dat je je auto kwijt kan op de privéparking mits toeslag natuurlijk.

Cons:

Geen lift dus gesleur met valiezen en het duur ontbijt.
Het was ook warm op de kamer

Klein, fein, zentral, freundlich
Pros:

Das Hotel ist mitten im Städtchen, der Parkplatz für eine Zusatzgebühr von 7Euro pro Tag. Die Zimmer waren klein, fein. Da es sehr Heiss war wurde Klimageräte und Ventilatoren zur Verfügung gestellt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück lokal, die Croissant und das Brot frisch. Es hatte genug von allem.

Cons:

Die Plättchen im Badezimmer lösen sich. Die Ventilation im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht.

Pros:

Romantisches Hotel mitten im Ort, sehr steile Wendeltreppe in den 3. Stock und dann ein relativ kleines aber hübsches Zimmer mit wunderschönem Ausblick über die Dächer bis zu den Weinbergen. Bequemes Bett. Freundliches Personal. Hund war auch willkommen. Top Parkplatz.

Pros:

Hôtel très typique, qui a gardé tout le charme du village tout en étant très confortable tant au niveau de la literie que du mobilier. Chambre pour 3 personnes spacieuse et salle de bain parfaite. Nous avions une clim,un gros + par cette chaleur. Les escaliers en colimaçon en pierre donnent du cachet supplémentaire. Le personnel était très accueillant. Le parking privé spacieux et facile d accès. Emplacement vraiment idéal pour se balader dans le village de Riquewihr

Cons:

Juste dommage que le bar soit fermé à 22h30 et non 23h. La journée, le village est pris d assaut et le calme revient le soir mais les restaurants ferment tôt. Un petit dernier verre par cette chaleur aurait été parfait pour terminer la journée

Trevligt hotel med bra läge.
Pros:

Vi trivdes bra under vår vistelse här. Bra läge och trevligt rum. Vi blev vänligt bemötta och frukosten var god. Sängen var skön och även kuddarna. Vi uppskattade att ha parkering vid boendet.

Cons:

Duschen skulle behöva ses över då det rann ut vatten på golvet. Vi saknade luftkonditionering i frukostmatsalen.

Heerlijk genoten op een prachtige plek!
Pros:

De locatie in het centrum is echt top. Ook het parkeren naast het hotel is ideaal. En het personeel is echt super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons:

Er is geen airco wat logisch is in zo’n oud pand. De mobiele airco die er stond werkte niet heel goed met 33 graden.

Struttura bellissima: staff eccezionale, camera e pulita, colazione con croissant freschi di forno.
Pros:

Ho amato ogni momento di questo soggiorno e non vedo l'ora di tornare.
Partiamo dalla colazione, che da sola vale il soggiorno: croissant e pain au chocolat freschissimi di giornata, in perfetto stile francese, da prenotare la sera prima. Un dettaglio che fa capire subito il livello di cura e attenzione che questa struttura riserva ai propri ospiti.
Lo staff è stato semplicemente eccezionale: gentile, premuroso e disponibile in ogni momento, si è persino offerto di portarci i bagagli in camera senza che lo chiedessimo.
La struttura è bellissima, con uno stile tradizionale alsaziano curato in ogni dettaglio — dormire in un posto così è un'esperienza in sé. La camera era ampia, pulitissima e, nonostante le temperature elevate di quei giorni, grazie al clima si dormiva benissimo.
La posizione è perfetta: nel cuore di Riquewihr, uno dei borghi più caratteristici e fiabeschi che abbia mai visto, ed è un'ottima base per esplorare tutta l'Alsazia in auto.
Consigliatissimo.
