Pros:

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Angestellte.
Wunderschönes grosses Zimmer mit komfortablen Betten und grossem Dusch/WC.
Romantisch war die Ambiente mit den alten Balken. Herrlich den Baustil der elsässer Riegelbauten im Hotel hautnah zu spüren.

Pros:

Big room, old character building but with up to date decor. Car parking next to the hotel. Clear instructions on how to get to the car park. Excellent breakfast

I really liked the space and the location of the hotel. Right in the center and we were a walking distance away from everything. Staff was very nice and helped us with a lot, it was a very pleasant stay.

Loved it. Parking and staying right in the heart of Riquewihr is a privilege. Beautiful place.
Pros:

The location is superb, right in Riquewihr and you step into the main street very close by. The room was fairly comfortable if a bit quirky/interesting, which is understandable given the building's age. Parking is on-site and given the location, it's an excellent feature.

Cons:

No tea and coffee facilities in the room. The age of the building(s) is both good and bad. Bad that the facilities are restricted (e.g. the bathroom was compact), but good that it's unusual and is consistent with the rest of Riquewihr's buildings.
