Pleasant, helpful staff. Room small but adequate - clean and comfortable. Ideal location. Two minute walk from Central Station.
It met our needs for this trip.
Room has no shelving, dated, shower leaks and bathroom mirror rusty all 4 corners
Lots of drunks outside property not very clean
The major pluses are it is near to Munich Center Station, Lufthansa Express Bus, shopping, eating places and city center. The room is clean, but mattress is soft.
The negatives are hotel does not have AC, have to open window, and streets below the room are busy and noisy until early morning hours.
Conclusion, will recommend because of its location and clean room

Good option to consider
I was looking for a simple, affordable place to stay near the Hbf and this was exactly what I needed.
The property requires a little more room for 3 people.
Pretty good location. Right next to Munich HBF. No fans or AC though so we had trouble sleeping because the weather was consistently 31 to 32 degrees Celsius when we stayed.
A clean and simple hotel right next to the Central Train/Bus station. It's a good option if you're looking for a cheaper place that is within walking distance to most major sites and literally a block away from metro and tram lines.
Location is great, within 7 mins of main train station however noisy and the locality seemed dodgy. Absolutely loved the free machine coffee in the common room.
Minutes from Haupbanhof that has long distance trains, S and U bahns, trams, and buses. 20 min walk from Marienplatz.
Booked a room for 3. Very small room not enough space if all 3 had luggages. We were only provided 2 sets of towels. Room was quite warm with no AC. Not quite sound proof and unfortunately the street it is on is where the taxis park and you can hear the conversations all night long.
Coffee and tea provided. Reception till 10pm ish? Room was straightened daily, as in they straightened our beddings and provided new towels.
Would book for convenience only.

Great location, clean and tidy rooms
We had a fantastic stay at Creatif Hotel Elephant! The rooms were very clean and comfortable and the location was excellent for walking into the old part of town.
The operators of the hotel were exceptionally helpful and provided great recommendations for places to go. The Augustiner Keller just down the street was a high point of the visit.
