Excelente eleccion
Pros:

La habitación era cómoda, y bien decoradas. El trato del personal fue espectacular en especial Clarie, que nos marcó una ruta con puntos de interés y restaurantes y cervecerías.

Cons:

El ascensor no funcionaba, y estábamos en la tercera planta.

Ich würde in Straßburg immer wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
Pros:

Alles bestens. Eines der schönsten Hotels in dem wir übernachtet haben. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen und empfehlen.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Mängel in dem Zimmer. Lediglich das Frühstücksangebot sah etwas nach Chaos aus und ich denke, dass wenn die meisten Frühstücksgäste schon durch sind, nur noch auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt wird. Satt sind wir trotzdem geworden.

chambre excellente dans la partie alsacienne très bien situé en plein centre ville à coté de la cathédrale

Comfortable Hotel in a Great Location
Pros:

Room was spacious with large bed. Chair and table sited in the corner of the room. Bathroom was spacious with excellent rain shower. Breakfast area is compact but has a good variety of foods and drinks.

Abbiamo prenotato una junior suite con richiesta specifica di doccia a filo pavimento. All'arrivo ci hanno dato una camera al quarto piano raggiungibile dal terzo piano con una stretta scala a chiocciola .La camera era disposta su due piani : un soppalco con letto con stretta scala a chiocciola e il piano sotto con un divano letto aperto. Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera. CI è stata assegnata una camera senza doccia. DUE GIORNI SENZA DOCCIA.
La cauzione di 100 euro prelevata all'arrivo umilia gli ospiti.

Authentisches Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Das Hotel hat ein wunderschönes Ambiente. Das Personal hat sich sehr zuvorkommend um unsere Anliegen gekümmert und war immer darum bemüht, dass wir einen grandiosen Aufenthalt haben. Das Frühstück lohnt sich in jedem Fall.

Ha tingut temps millors. Li falta una capa de pintura general a l'exterior, entrada i habitacions. L'ascensor avariat tres dies de quatre amb escales estretes. El personal atent per obligació, sense empatia i sense oferir-nos cap compensació pel tema ascensor. Pel nivell d'estrelles és molt apurat
