Como en casa 🏡
Pros:

La ubicación y la amabilidad del personal. Un acierto el disponer de agua fresca, café y cerveza gratis en recepción o en la terraza exterior. Tuvimos un pequeño problema sanitario y pusieron a nuestra disposición un pequeño botiquín muy completo que nos facilito la incidencia. El personal muy atento y siempre dispuesto a dar respuesta a nuestras demandas. Una magnífica experiencia.

Ein wunderschöner Start in den Frankreich Urlaub
Pros:

Sehr viel Platz im Zimmer. Klimaanlage hat das geleistet was sie versprochen hat. Whirlpool im Bad war ein Highlight für die Kinder. Die Dame die das Frühstück organisiert hat, war sehr freundlich und überaus effizient. Personal grundsätzlich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gute Lage.

Сказочный отель)) очень красиво украшен к Пасхе. В старинном здании, декор комнат соответствует атмосфере. Спасибо сотрудникам за апгрейт номера. Парковка прямо напротив входа в отель ( городской гараж). В номере- все необходимое, минибар, хорошая сантехника в ванной комнате ( душ реально маленький, нужно приловчиться)). В отеле есть лифты, но все равно какие-то пролеты со ступеньками остались, нужно быть готовым к этому)). Кофемашина, напитки на рецепшен- в свободном доступе ( некоторые- платно). До собора- 5 мин. Весь центр-в пешей доступности. Отличный отель

Perfekt für einen Streifzug durch Sttrassburg und Umgebung

Unser Zimmer war „leider“ gut renoviert, alles sauber und funktional, jedoch etwas nüchterner als auf den gezeigten Bildern anderer Zimmer

Wundervoller Aufenthalt in Strassburg
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. In die Altstadt 2-3 Minuten. Schöne Zimmer, mit Blick in den Innenhof. Super leise.
Die Mitarbeiter waren durch die Bank sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man konnte uns auch ein Restaurant buchen, was von Ihnen Empfohlen wurde. La Hache, 11 rue de la Douane Straßburg. Top Tip.
Durch das direkt auf der gegenüberliegende Parkhaus findet man auch sehr nahe einen Parkplatz. SUV hat Platz gefunden.

Lage top, Hotel keine vier Sterne, in die Jahre gekommen, Service gut
Pros:

Wir waren für zwei Nächte in Straßburg und haben das Frühstück im Hotel nicht genutzt, so dass wir dazu nicht sagen können. Die Anmeldung war sehr unkompliziert und die Rezeption sehr freundlich. Es gab direkt Tipps für Restaurants und eine Straßenkarte. Des Weiteren wurde direkt ein Rabatt im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus angeboten. Die Lage ist wirklich gut.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer, dass ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Teppich ist voller Flecken, an der Duschebadewanne sind die Fugen dunkel und schimmelig. Des Weiteren auch das Waschbecken aufgrund des Alters verfärbt. Wir würden dem Hotel insgesamt nicht vier Sterne geben.

Pros:

La chambre, la cour, l'emplassement, c'est tres chouette!

Cons:

Pas wifi, pas climatisation pas télé en continue car le débit internet a été trop lent pour assurer un steamer acceptable. Mais le personnel a essayé de résoudre les problèmes. Sans grand succès mais j'apprécie leur disponibilité.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert.
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Vom Hotel aus lässt sich die ganze Altstatt problemlos zu Fuss erkunden.
Auch Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
