Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Great location and car park is right outside hotel. Family room was great size.

Cons:

Lift doesn’t go to the top floor but we were offered help with our luggage.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter; schönes, sauberes und großes Zimmer.
"Als Deutsche" haben wir getrennte Betten mit einzelnen Decken gewählt. ;)
Getränke waren kostenfrei.
Alles in allem ein sehr runder Aufenthalt. Wir kommen wieder.

Très bel hôtel, parfaitement situé pour visite le centre ville de Strasbourg.

Cons:

Malheureusement notre balnéo ne fonctionnais pas, nous ne souhaitions pas changer de chambre car nous étions déjà bien installé.
Il aurais été bon de vérifier avant notre arrivée car nous avions mentionner vouloir une balnéothérapie et c’est pour cela que nous avions choisis cet hôtel.
Malheureusement pas de geste commercial hors changement de chambre.

Coup de cœur pour cet hôtel charmant au cœur de Strasbourg
Pros:

Cet hôtel est rempli de charme, que ce soit la décoration, l’ambiance ou le personnel qui est adorable.
La chambre était très confortable, bonne literie et super baignoire balneo.

Cons:

Nous avions une des rares chambres qui donnait sur la rue, nous aimons dormir la fenêtre ouverte donc cela faisait beaucoup de bruit
