Pros:

Nice and cozy hotel close to the city center. Extremely helpful and kind personnel at the front desk rigt from the beginning - even when they booked a parking for us, they gave us sneak peek to the underground garage to evaluate whether we can make it. We decided not to risk the tight maneuvering and they pointed us to the nearest public parking garage (Austerlitz), no cancellation fee for the garage booking. We were upgraded to superior room which was spacious and furnished with high quality design equipment. The room was soundproof towards the starecase since it had double doors. Breakfast was good even taking into consideration that the space is limited, food was tasty and the range of choice was rich enough.

Cons:

The hotel is on quite frequented avenue with trams which complicates A) access to the garage - check it out on google street view before you arrive, B) if you're not used to tram noises while sleeping, they will wake you up. There were few light sources in the room, overhead light was missing, it was very cozy, calming nd ambient but not so practical if you search for things in your suitcase :)

Lage zum Zentrum, Zimmer, Frühstück, Parkplatz waren sehr gut. Ausgesprochen zuvorkommendes und sehr freundliches Person
Pros:

Upgrade und Hotelzimmer war prima

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer zur Straße. Dort lief direkt die Straßenbahn vorbei. Die ganze Nacht. War etwas laut.

Parking inaccessible selon la hauteur du véhicule. Le prix du parking un peu cher (pas plus avantageux que ceux de la ville).

Pros:

Gute Lage, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen und es hält auch eine Straßenbahn in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Zimmer und das Bad sind sauber und gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten. Sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstück. Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es ist eine Klimaanlage vorhanden.

Cons:

Beim Fernseher fehlt die Möglichkeit modernere Medien zu nutzen und die Senderwahl ist begrenzt. Es könnten mehr Steckdosen, vor allem in Bettnähe, vorhanden sein. Die Fenster zur Straße sind nur doppelt verglast, so dass man den Straßenverkehr auf der Hauptstraße, trotz geschlossenem Fenster, in den unteren Etagen relativ laut wahrnimmt, auch in der Nacht.

Pros:

During my stay at your hotel, I encountered a serious issue. As stated on booking.com, the lift was supposed to be suitable for wheelchairs; however, the lift was far too small, and my daughter’s wheelchair did not fit. I kindly ask you to address this issue and take appropriate action.

Pros:

the room was very comfortable, though, next time I'd like to know in advance that I'm going to stay next to the elevator. it wasn't too noisy but still...special thanks to staff on reception: they're extremely friendly and ready to help. what i personally think could be improved is having a welcome bottle of water in the room. since it's the 4 star hotel i think it's fair to expect such things.

Would be good if not so much stress by breakfast

Very friendly staff, clean room and great location

Cons:

We had breakfast included and unfortunately it was a disappointment. The room for breakfast is extremely tiny and people have to wait in the queue to get seated and therefore there is pressure on other guests to hurry up with their breakfast. Poor employees are stressed and trying their best to have everything cleaned so guests can sit and eat. Food selection is not great but the quality is good. It would be a fine breakfast for 3 stars hotel, not 4.
