Loved Strasbourg. Hotel right across from train station. Very helpful staff!

Location and staff were great. Well-priced.

Cons:

The loud birds in a birdcage in breakfast seating area was annoying to me and our group. We sat as far away as we could. I don’t care for listening to loud chirping that close especially while dining. Music would be preferred.

Our room had a space heater since the heat did not work in our room. That was strange as well. They referred to this room as upgrade. No issues with it however.

The breakfast pastries were generally very dry. Croissants were good.

Letto moolto comodo, il primo letto d'albergo in cui non mi viene mal di schiena.
Posizione comoda per la stazione (dovevo spostarmi al Palais de Congres) e anche per il centro. Sono sempre tornata da sola la sera dopo cena e comuqnue non mi sono mai sentita in pericolo nonostante fossi nel quartire stazione. Stanza piccola ma carina e dotata di tutto (scrivania, sedia pouf), bagno piccolo ma funzionale con bella doccia. Colazione abbondante e completa, molti dolci (io non mangio tanto salato).

Cons:

Suggerirei un paio di luci in più nella zona dell'ingresso, perchè risulta facile perdere oggetti

Pros:

Elegant hotel that cares about sustainability. The room was comfortable, bed too. So close to the train. Quick walk to all the sites. The breakfast was fabulous. Next time I’ll rent a bike from them.

Petit déjeuner fantastique et copieux. Beaucoup de choix sucrés ou salés

Cons:

Porte de douche étroite mais c était une chambre solo. Peut etre différent pour les autres chambres

Top ! Dont un personnel de très grande qualité
Pros:

Un personnel d’une très rare qualité et partout dan s l’hôtel - à la réception - au petit déjeuner - en chambre
Tous les personnels rencontrés en 2 jours sont TOUS avec une vraie volonté de satisfaire le client
Remarquable ! Je voyage bcp et ça fait très longtemps que je n’avais pas vu ça !

Sehr zufrieden, würden hier wieder buchen

Perfekte Lage für eine Städtereise, sehr sauber, freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Zimmer zum Innenhof war wunderbar ruhig.

Cons:

ganz kleiner Kritikpunkt - unser Zimmer ging in den Innenhof. Durch die sehr dunkle Wandfarbe war es in unserem Zimmer eigentlich immer "düster" selbst wenn draußen die Sonne schien.

Séjour décevant au regard du standing affiché. La VMC de la chambre était particulièrement bruyante, rendant le repos difficile. Le ménage laissait à désirer (poussière et toiles d'araignée visibles), et la salle de bain présentait des dégradations incompatibles avec un Hôtel 4 étoiles...

J'ai contacté l'établissement par email dès le lendemain du séjour pour faire part de mon expérience? aucune réponse à ce jour.
