Pros:

Sehr nah am Bahnhof, freundlicher Empfang,schön eingerichtetes Zimmer, Frühstück war lecker und hausgemachtes vorhanden, der Raum war liebevoll dekoriert, auch Veloverleih vorhanden

Das Zimmer war etwas staubig
Ein Kühlschrank wär noch gut gewesen

Very pleasant. would come again.
Pros:

Very close to train station and the old city which made travel very convenient. Room was private, quiet , very tidy. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The flavoured water refreshment off the dining room was great considering the unusually warm weather. City tramline right outside the door! Walk to central cathedral only 10 minutes.

Cons:

No real concerns.

Great location for the train or bus.
Pros:

The hotel was just what we needed to catch the 4:00 A.M. Lufthansa bus to Frankfurt. The receptionist was very helpful. The room is modern in decor.

Pros:

距離Gare de Strasbourg車站近，出站右側過馬路右手邊即抵達

Cons:

1.房間和浴室狹小，淋浴進出狹小，無法彎腰洗頭。
2.房間多處灰塵，粉塵令人呼吸及喉嚨不舒服。
3.本次入住電視無電源，電視後方電源箱蓋板掉下來，退房時跟櫃檯反應也沒獲得歉意的回應。
4.房間內兩處電燈故障。
5.酒店對於清潔及房內設施建議須大幅改善和加強管理。

Stylisches Hotel in zentraler Lage mit aussergewöhnlichem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr stylisches Hotel ! Angenehme , komfortable Zimmer mit kleinem Bad. Das Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich mit vielen verschiedenen Angeboten. Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrraäder vorhanden.

Strasbourga tren ile ulaşanlar için konumu olağanüstü bir yer. Çalışanları çok iyi, kahvaltısı inanılmaz vasat ama kahvaltı dışında kötü diyebileceğim hiçbir şey yok. Otelden bisiklet kiralayın ve mutlaka bisikletle şehir turu yapın

Pros:

De ligging van het hotel en de behulpzaamheid van het personeel.

Cons:

Onze eerste kamer zat naast de pomp van de airco. Door de hittegolf werd de airco in het hotel veel gebruik gemaakt waardoor er in de kamer veel geluidsoverlast van de pomp was. Na dit aangegeven te hebben bij het personeel konden wij meteen dezelfde avond nog naar een nieuwe kamer waar dit probleem niet speelde. Super blij dat we zo snel geholpen konden worden!

We will definately return - best hotel at the price point we have ever stayed at . They do a nice job!
Pros:

The location was ideal for making day trips on the train and also to access the town . Super well located . I enjoyed the staff , the cleanliness / the quality of the space . It is really well done . All local sourcing for food and drink .
