Ab sofort mein Hotel in Straßburg
Pros:

Vor allem das superfreundliche Personal und das frische, vielfältige Frühstück. Das Ambiente ist sehr angenehm, die Lage perfekt.

Cons:

Das Bad ist ein bisschen sehr mini, aber im Gesamteindruck ist das völlig ok.

Décevant avec un manque de professionnalisme. J’aimais bien cet hôtel et j’espère que la prochaine fois rattrapera bien

L’emplacement très pratique , la décoration cosy

Cons:

Habituée de cet hôtel , mon expérience cette fois est très décevante. Des bruits importants d’écoulement de liquide dans la chambre. Pas de service de restauration pourtant disponible d’habitude sans avoir été prévenue à mon arrivée. Et des justifications inadaptées du personnel au lieu d’excuses . De plus le matin , à 9h45 avant de faire le Check out , je suis remontée dans ma chambre . J’ai trouvé le lit entièrement défait, la femme de chambre était entrain de refaire la chambre pour les prochains clients. Je l’ai signalé au moment du Check out après avoir alerté également la gouvernante. Aucun geste commercial proposé, limite des excuses.

Keyifli bir konaklamaydı
Pros:

Odanın büyüklüğü beklediğimden iyiydi. Temizlik konusunda çok tatmin ediciydi. Beklediğimden güzel bir konaklama geçirdim.

Cons:

Şehir çok soğuk olduğu için odanın ısıtması biraz yetersizdi, gece kalın giyinmek gerekli.

Morgenmaden er virkelig god. Hjemmelavet og økologisk - og serveret i behagelige omgivelser
Hotellet ligger lige over for banegården
Personalet er utroligt imødekommende

Cons:

Badeværelset er meget småt.

C'était notre 3ème séjour. Et on reviendra :)
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner fait maison. L'accueil. La petite boutique de produits locaux. La décoration.

Cons:

Un bruit de gargouillis quasi incessant durant la nuit, venant sûrement de l'étage au-dessus. Avec de bonnes boules Quiès ça passe.

Un très bon moment avec du personnel de grande qualité.

L’accueil était d’un grande qualité. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et sympathique.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent et de grande qualité.
