Très belle expérience dans cet hôtel idéalement situé face à la gare. Personnel professionnel et accueillant, chambre moderne et calme avec une excellente literie. J’ai eu la chance d’être surclassée. J’ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions (eau filtrée, amuses-gueules, bouilloire…). Très bonne connexion WIFI, prise USB. Petit déjeuner varié avec produits locaux et délicieuses tartes salées et sucrées. Très jolie terrasse intérieure. Je recommande vivement !

Cons:

Pour un 4 étoiles, quelques équipements supplémentaires en chambre auraient été appréciés notamment des accessoires salle de bain (bonnet de bain, kit coton-tige, coton), un mini frigidaire pour y mettre des boissons fraiches. Je comprends néanmoins l'approche de l'hôtel “éco-responsable” et minimaliste.

Zentrale Lage, direkt gegenüber dem Bahnhof von Straßburg. Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr saubere Zimmer und natürlich ein sehr leckeres Frühstück.

Pros:

The friendly welcome and in our case the ability to check in a little earlier. Good tourism advice, map, ideas and discount voucher for the boat tours. Information about when the platform is announced at the station. Good breakfast, although would have appreciated more fruit and less cake.
Good sustainability criteria.

Cons:

The room itself was quite dark due to the choice of decor.

Excelente estadía en Estrasburgo
Pros:

Excelente ubicación frente a la estación de tren y muy cerca del centro histórico para poder ver todo andando. Mi habitación era pequeña pero super limpia y moderna como el resto del hotel. Posee detalles de decoración y diseño muy cuidados. El personal super amable. Volvería.

Stylisches Hotel, perfekt für einen City-Trip

Das Zimmer war für unseren Hund perfekt, denn es lag am Ende des Ganges und war schön ruhig. Das Zimmer war aussergewöhnlich gross, mit zwei grossen Fenstern. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet fand ich sehr reichhaltig und schön angerichtet, der Innenhof und Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Die Temperatur war nicht voreingestellt, daher haben wir erst am nächsten Tag realisiert, dass wir die Temperatur verstellen konnten. In der Nacht war es sehr kalt, daher habe ich selbst unter der Decke leicht gefroren.

Optimales Hotel für eine Stadtbesichtigung.
Pros:

Lage sehr gut in Bahnhofsnähe und auch für Stadtbesichtigung. Frühstück sehr gut und früh beginnend. Zimmer sauber und alles da was man braucht.

The location...the room size...the friendly staff...the eco-friendly aspect....THE BREAKFAST BUFFET!
My 2 brothers were very happy with my choice of the hotel.

Cons:

Because they have body wash in the showers, I would have liked small hand towels in the room.
( Did find some in the lobby bathroom, so took some up to the room.)
