Pros:

La posizione ottima, il personale gentile e sorridente.

Cons:

La camera aveva una finestra che affacciava su un cavedio buio e con poca aria. In più la finestra era in un angolo che non permetteva alla poca aria e luce di entrare nella camera. Un po' claustrofobico. Ma la camera era pulita e tutto sommato comoda.

Great value for money in central location.
Pros:

Great location and walking distance to everything Strasbourg has to offer and value for money.
Staff were friendly and bar and courtyard was a nice addition.

Cons:

Room was noisy as faced busy street which had foot traffic all throughout the night. Didn’t help that air conditioning was non-existent in the room so we had to sleep with windows open to try to cool the room down. Shower hot water was borderline dangerously hot, particularly for kids.

amabilité, locaux pour le petit déjeuner très lumineux et très agréable. chambre climatisée, bien isolée, très silencieux et très propre. petit déjeuner très copieux et varié.

Insgesamt war es ein tolles und kostengünstiges Erlebnis im Hotel Grillon.
Pros:

Das Personal war lieb, die Lage war ideal, das Zimmer war super(es war sogar kühl als wir es bekommen haben). Obwohl wir sehr früh ankamen konnten wir dennoch bereits einchecken und in unser Zimmer gehen.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war jetzt nicht perfekt, aber tip top. Für 13 Franken würde man aber bisschen mehr erwarten. -> bessere Qualität, mehr Auswahl(Aufstriche, Müsli etc).

Un buon hotel con parecchi pregi, ma che necessita di un ascensore migliore.
Pros:

La posizione nelle vicinanze del centro, la gentilezza del Personale, la pulizia della camera e le dotazioni del bagno (asciugamani, ecc.), i letti comodi, il bar annesso all’hotel.

Cons:

L’ascensore con molti problemi di funzionamento, la pulizia delle stanze arrivata prima delle 9 del mattino con noi all’interno della stanza.

Das Zimmer war frisch renoviert und hatte eine Klimaanlage, was bei der großen Hitze super angenehm war. Das Zimmer war als 3er-Zimmer etwas zu klein. Es gab ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet.

Pros:

Die Lage und das Frühstück mit frischem Orangensaft und Nüssen. Das Bett war sehr bequem und das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab nebenan viele Restaurants und man konnte zu Fuß die Altstadt erkunden.

Cons:

Das Fahrstuhl war zeitweise kaputt. Der Teppich im Treppenhaus müsste mal erneuert werden.

Pros:

Die Lage ist super für einen Städtetrip. Die Zimmer waren trotzdem relativ ruhig.
Das Rezeptionspersonal ist mehrsprachig und hilfsbereit. Der Aufzug war defekt und der Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht, da ich mit Kinderwagen davor stand. Am nächsten Tag funktionierte auch alles wieder.
