Sehr angenehm.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück. Schöne Auswahl!
Hotel ist sehr zentral an der Fußgängerzone. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Toilette war zu beengt mit dem Waschbecken.

Я благодарю за прекрасный сервис! гостеприимство на высшем уровне, чисто, все в номере соответствует ожиданиям, уборка каждый день, кондиционер,фен, смеситель в душе , чайник все функционирует, все в отличном состоянии.Прекрасное освящение и окна выходят на красивую улицу.Отзывчивый персонал на ресепшене. Индивидуальный подход к каждому гостю , всегда готовы помочь. Расположение прекрасное близко к вокзалу, центру. Рядом все магазины рестораны,булочные. Прекрасное расположение.

Cons:

Было бы хорошо иметь маленький холодильник в номере,но его не Было в списке услуг так что претензий нет.

Genial para visitar Estrasburgo.
Pros:

La zona del desayuno está muy bien. La cercanía a la estación de trenes y al centro.

Cons:

Estábamos en la primera planta y la ventana daba a un patio cerrado súper sucio por lo que no se podía abrir la ventana para que no entrara la suciedad a la habitación.
