Hôtel Gutenberg

This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff was fantastic, and provided great information and recommendations. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Hotel situated in the beautiful old town. Check in was quick and the reception desk staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, modern and well equipped. Room was very quiet overnight and a good sleep was had.

All the staff were very friendly and always went out their way to help. Great location and amazing breakfast

Superb service from all the staff, but the room and bathroom were very small.

All good except the rooms were extremely small but functional and clean.
The size is like a cruise cabin.
Excellent location, good food.
Coffee not so good, a little strong and acid, but great experience overall.
During the day there were some repairs on the building, so there was some noise

Great location.Quiet given its location to the center of everything. Nice and helpful staff. Rooms and elevator a bit small and but we only stayed one night.

The location of Hotel Gutenberg is so convenient for getting around Strasbourg. A short walk, and even shorter Tram ride, from Gare Centrale train station. It was so close to the cathedral that I, more often than not, walked by the hotel when returning to it because it seemed that it should be further away. A lot of dining options, sites and shopping within a couple of minutes walk. And La Petite France is only a 15 minute walk.

The hotel staff was always so friendly and welcoming each time they saw me leave, and return to, the hotel. And if I can call out Emma specifically for being extra nice when I checked in, and for explaining all of the hotel options and features. I arrived before my room was ready, so they stored my bags so I could explore Strasbourg. When I returned my room was ready with my bags waiting for me. Emma even called my room after I had a few minutes in the room just to make sure everything was acceptable.

It's a lovely hotel. The staff was so welcoming and kind. Our room was lovely - very clean and well appointed, and it had everything we needed. We didn't have the breakfast that was available but it looked wonderful.

We had a wonderful time! The rooms are pretty and clean, starting the day with a good breakfast, located in the heart of the historic center. Would stay there every time!

I was offered an "UPGRADE" which I was happy to accept, but the upgrade was to a room where a 6.5 or taller person can hardly fit. Basically it looked more like someone built a room on an attic. I must have hitted my head at least twice a day, and I am a small person.

Please inquire when someone offers you an "UPGRADE"
