Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast with lots of healthy options, delicious coffee and bio juices, etc.

Cons:

No airconditioning, so it was quite hot in the room upon arrival. There was a fan though.

Чудовий готель з привітним персоналом, смачною кавою, чистим номером з неймовірним видом на Собор
Pros:

Відмінне розташування в центрі міста біля найвизначнішої пам'ятки архітектури цього міста-Собора Нотрдам де Страсбург.
Це дуже зручно.
Особливо вид з вікна номеру готеля на цю пам'ятку.

Cons:

Трошки гучно вночі,але це особливості місцерозташування-хочеш проживати в центрі біля Собору, тоді маєш розуміти цей момент.

Tiny but nice mini-studio room. Great breakfast!
Pros:

Great location near the Cathedral. Beautiful restaurant setting and very nice breakfast, nice staff. The mini-studio was tiny but adequate for one small person.

Cons:

It was terribly hot in the tiny room even with the portable fan blowing all night. Shower was very small.

Ausgezeichnete Lage, Hotel mit Charme und Personal mit Herz!
Pros:

Wir (meine Mutter und ich) sind mit dem TGV nach Strasbourg angereist und haben vom Hauptbahnhof ein Taxi zum Hotel genommen (Kosten im Mai 2026 ca. 20 Euro). Im Hotel Suisse angekommen (schon das Äußere wirkt sehr einladend), sind wir mit einem Upgrade überrascht worden, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben :-) Insgesamt haben wir uns im Hotel Suisse sehr wohl und ausgezeichnet betreut gefühlt. Das Haus hat Atmosphäre, Charme und fühlt sich wie Zuhause fern von Zuhause an. Als meine Mutter unpässlich war, wurde im Bistro nebenan arrangiert, das Abendessen ins Hotel zu liefern. Eine Lieferung ins Hotel wurde glücklicherweise nicht mehr benötigt, weil es meiner Mutter wieder gut genug ging, um rüber zu gehen. Auch das Frühstück war vielfältig mit leckeren Bioprodukten und -säften, Obst, Müsli, Joghurt, Wurst und Käse, verschiedene Brotsorten, Kougelhupf und süße Teilchen. Gekochte Eier gab es auf Bestellung sowie auch heiße Getränke (Tee, Kaffee, Latte Macchiato, etc.). Mir persönlich hat es das Pumpernickelbrot und der französische Käse angetan :-) Auch ein Crémant d'Alsace (Sekt) konnte man zum Frühstück genießen.
Die Matratzen waren sehr angenehm und wir haben wunderbar darauf schlafen können, selbst meine an Rückenschmerzen leidende Mutter.
Es befinden sich einige Restaurants bzw. das Bistro (Bistro&Chocolat) in unmittelbarer Nähe, sofern man abends in Hotelnähe essen möchte. Im Hotel selbst ist das Café aktuell (auch für auswärtige Gäste) bis 18 Uhr geöffnet, für Hotelgäste steht das Café auch nach 18 Uhr als Bar zur Verfügung.
Die Lage des Hotels könnte nicht besser sein: Direkt im Zentrum in der Nähe des Straßburger Münsters (keine 200 m) und des Palais Rohan (nebenan). Auch die Bootsanlegestellen des Batorama liegen gleich um die Ecke (je nach Anleger ca. 250 m). Karten gibt es online oder in der Verkaufsstelle am Münster.
Die Fotos beziehen sich auf die Junior Suite und nicht auf das Superior Zimmer.

Cons:

Für mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen gibt es zwar einen Aufzug, aber soweit ich das im 2. Stock sehen konnte, ist der Zugang zu jedem Zimmer nur über einige Stufen erreichbar (ca. 5). Ich kann allerdings nur für den 2. Stock sprechen, in den anderen Stockwerken war ich nicht.
