Nice place with an excellent location.
Pros:

The location is excellent, close to a canal , and within a reasonable walking distance of the city centre. There are local bars and restaurants close by . Close to the University.

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé par rapport à Eglise St Guillaume, réceptionniste à l'arrivée EXTREMEMENT sympathique et souriante et très efficace, le petit déjeuner comme on les aime, de bons produits "faits maison", la propreté exemplaire, tout était très parfait et bon, il ne manquait qu'une cruche avec de l'eau fraîche, même du robinet, pour moi, car j'ai l'habitude d'en prendre en plus du café.

Cons:

Nous avons apprécié d'avoir une excellente surprise, en effet nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et avons eu droit à la "Suite" en attique !! merveilleux

Okay, aber mit Verbesserungspotenzial
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum! Das Zimmer war sauber und groß genug. Wir durften unsere Koffer nach dem Check out im Luggage Room lassen.

Cons:

Die Matratze war sehr hart und unbequem zum Schlafen. Schimmel im Zimmer an den Fenstern Fehlende Basics wie Handseife, zu wenig Toilettenpapier im Zimmer.
Die Pappbecher statt Tassen, fehlender Kaffee und Löffel. Als wir angekommen sind war es im Zimmer kälter als draußen. Es gab zwar eine Heizung, aber es hat etwas gedauert. Es hat im Hotel an Gemütlichkeit gefehlt und wirkte etwas roh.

Une nuit d'insomnie.
Pros:

Hotel très agréable et bien situé. Excellent petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Hotel très agréable et bien situé, malheureusement un éclairage public situé près de la fenêtre avec des rideaux qui laissent très bien passer la lumière et des volets que l'on ne peut pas fermer.
En résumé , un hotel très agréable ... sauf pour dormir.

Hangulatos, tiszta, csendes, ajánlani tudom mindenkinek.
Pros:

Nagyon hangulatosnak találtam. A recepción dolgozók nagyon segitőkészek. Nagyon jól szigetelnek az ablakok, semmilyen zaj nem szűrödött be az utcáról. 24 órás portaszolgálat. Pár percre van a centrumtól.

Cons:

Ilyet nem tudok irni.

Pros:

Es liegt sehr gut bzw zentral , es ist sauber und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

Cons:

Es gab nur einen Aufzug und kein Treppenhaus. Das warten auf den Aufzug ist das einzigste was mir negativ aufgefallen ist.
