Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, Lage top

Cons:

Aufbau des Hotels, schmale und sehr dunkle Flure, überall Teppichboden, der nicht richtig gesaugt war. Sofa im Zimmer aus synthetischem Plastikmaterial, lädt nicht zum Verweilen ein. Duschfugen alle kaputt.

Great customer service. Friendly staff and a location right in the middle of the town.
Comfy spacious room, lovely stay.

Cons:

Having to pay for parking on top is a little disappointing especially at 12 euros a night.
The spa was restricted to only use between 8-9pm which was a bit frustrating.

Pros:

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Well-positioned for the old town, but further away from the railway station. The free bus, 'Coeur de Troyes' leaves from just across the street and takes you right round the town. Wonderful bakery next door.

Cons:

Quite expensive but overall probably worth it.

A lovely hotel, room, location, breakfast all first class.
Pros:

The room was very nice, and the breakfast was lovely, the location to get around Troyes was ideal.

No air con in the bedroom, they had told us there was a problem before arrival

Very enjoyable. Troyes was an outstanding city. Cathedral. Statues. Fountains. Lots of restaurants/

Very comfortable bed. Air conditioning was very effective and easy to use. Very central hotel. Private and secure car parking was another big plus.

Centrally located. Easy parking every need catered for highly recommend.
Pros:

Beautiful size room we were upgraded to room 206 can highly recommend it! Best bathroom we’ve had this trip and we’ve stayed in five hotels. Excellent stuff very comfortable bed would highly recommend in fact we’re planning on going back again.
