Pros:

Très bon accueil, réception très professionnelle et attentive, très bon emplacement, chambre confortable et bien équipée (penderie, cintres, peignoirs ...) produits de qualité dans la salle de bain, belle salle de bain propre, petit-déjeuner très exaustif (continental, english breakfast ...) produits locaux de qualité (boulangerie...) , un hôtel des plus agréables

Pros:

Hôtel joliment décoré, bien décoré et très confortable. La clim est efficace ! Le service est attentionné. Notre petite a adoré ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Il est très bien situé pour profiter de la ville à pied.

L'emplacement

Cons:

Que l on change de chambre pour faire une douche car problème d eau. En effet pas d eau froide dans la chambre. Problème connu apparemment. Avant de venir on nous envoie un message pour nous dire qu'il y avait une panne de climatisation, on nous propose une plus petite chambre pour un prix de 108 € donc on accepte. On arrive à l hôtel et nous dit que l'on peut nous redonner une suite comme initialement prévue car ils avaient eu un désistement. Mais lorsque on a voulu faire une douche froide pour se rafraîchir de la canicule que de l'eau très chaude. On appelle la réception qui trouve la solution de nous envoyer dans la petite chambre initialement prévue juste pour la douche. Franchement j aurai préféré la petite chambre fonctionnelle, clim + douche. On a demandé à la réception de rechanger de chambre et ils ont dit que ce n était pas possible alors qu'il n' y avait personne dedans. Donc nous avons montré notre mécontentement a l accueil au moment du reglement mais le prix initial de 212€ a été appliqué. Il fallait caler cette fameuse suite pour faire payer le manque à gagner du désistement. Nous en avons fait des hôtel 4* mais jamais rencontré de tels désagréments.

Pros:

Outstanding stay in the center of Troyes. The room was large (I may have been upgraded) and luxurious. One of the most comfy beds and pillows I've experienced in Europe. Large bathroom with two huge sinks and enough space for toiletries. A rain shower and a bath (!) to complement. Good AC. No gym, but a spa with a sauna, turkish bath, and a "mood" shower is great. Sauna could be run hotter -- runs at around 70-75C, but enough to sweat and relax. Friendly service at the downstairs bar. Would be perfect for a couple as a base to explore the city and the region -- but also an excellent value for a solo business traveler.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location !
Pros:

We were so pleased with this hotel. It ticked a lot of boxes with location and price but we weren’t totally sure about the Best Western brand as some of the UK BW hotels haven’t impressed us ! This hotel is beautiful, located really nicely for nightlife and exploring the beautiful Troyes. The staff are very professional, the rooms are stunning, the bar is spotless (the nighttime bar manager is worth a mention what a lovely guy he is )! The spa was excellent with lovely staff. I can’t fault anything about this hotel !
