Cons:

Для такого уровня сервиса цена, на мой взгляд, завышена. Поужинать в ресторане не удалось, не нашли свободный столик и мне было предложено поужинать в баре. Я расположилась за столиком на улице, обслуживания практически никакого не было, каждую заказанную позицию приходилось ждать очень долго. Сервис неудовлетворительный, желания вернуться нет

Restaurant ist super, das Hotel entspricht nicht meinem Anspruch von einem 5 Sterne Hotel.
Pros:

Das Sternerestaurant war sehr gut und der Preis ist gerechtfertigt.
Die Mitarbeiter in allen Bereichen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist sehr Hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Bilder vom Wellnessbereich sind leider sehr gut aufgenommen und spiegeln in keiner Weise wieder was man vorfindet.
Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und man hört den Straßenlärm.

Très beau séjour avec un personnel aux petits soins et très agréable
Pros:

L’hôtel est très mignon , joliment arboré .
Les chambres sont jolies , la literie confortable.
On y mange très bien
Les massages sont incroyable

Cons:

Juste bémol,
La piscine est petite, et on entend parfois le bruit de la route .

Grande maison de campagne raffinée et pleine de charme, personnel charmant et prévenant, concierge très aimable et efficace pour proposer et organiser des sorties dans les environs, petit déjeuner excellent, espace piscine et spa parfait et localisation idéale pour découvrir Epernay et Reims.

Just perfect to enjoy calm and tranquillity and explore che Champagne region!
Pros:

Wonderful location, very authentic atmosphere with a lot of character. We felt immediately at home. The staff has been wonderful! Rooms are very comfortable and services are excellent as well as the food. There is a wonderful garden it’s immersed in a beautiful countryside. The area is wonderful if you are on a trip to explore the Champagne region and enjoy wine tasting!

Superb staff, food and accommodations that exceed expectations and offer all one could hope for.
Pros:

The entire staff went out of there to make small accommodations for our family throughout our stay. Monsieur Jerry in the terrace & bar is a particular standout that made our time trip wholly memorable and enchanting. The rooms, gardens and common areas are simultaneously luxe yet cozy for a delightful experience. The concept of unreasonable hospitality applies here across the board. We also had a lovely breakfast and a thoughtful tasting menu at Alcôve. Do not skip either.

Cons:

The gentleman at the front desk when we were departing early for a flight was not helpful.

Wonderful arrival and beautiful spa hotel
Pros:

Superb spa hotel situated outside Epernay. Wonderful welcome on arrival with champagne and drinks. Food was tasty and the hotel rooms were very comfortable. Pool was great and we made full use of the fitness suite and yoga mats. Would recommend.

Fabulous food and wine and good service.
Pros:

A favourite when visiting Champagne. We stayed 1 night this time. Very comfortable and a fabulous dinner.

Cons:

Only one arm chair in the bedroom. Come on. The room is designed for two !!!!
