Bel hôtel très bien situé
Pros:

Le situation géographique de l'hôtel et la décoration , le petit-déjeuner

Cons:

La personne de la réception le jour de notre arrivée désagréable qui ne nous donnait aucune indication sur les horaires du petit-déjeuner déjeuner et très sèche, quand nous sommes sortis dîner, on nous a réclamé la clé de la chambre sèchement. Le lendemain, le personnel était très agréable.

Good hotel but the bugs prevented any semblance of sleep.

Mosquitoes were murder. There were screens on the windows but they got in anyway.

Un délice pour les yeux. Un accueil chaleureux.
Pros:

Superbe architecture intérieure. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goût. Beauté de chaque paliers tous différents et chaleureux. L’escalier intérieur est magnifique. Reproductions de Modigliani pour notre chambre.

Hôtel avec beaucoup de charme et très bien situé.

Cons:

Salle du petit-déjeuner jolie mais petite. Pas d'eau ni pain à disposition, il faut demander au personnel très occupé par ailleurs. Organisation à revoir.

De locatie is echt super

Cons:

Bed was heel erg klein en wat we vreemd vonden is dat als je al voor het ontbijt betaald had. Moest je apart betalen voor als je een ei wilde
Note benen 4 euro per ei per dag.
Wij hadden gelukkig kunnen regelen dat we gewoon Eieren kregen bij ons al betaalde ontbijt ipv een sapje

Pleasant, basic 3 star hotel, good value for money.
Pros:

It was excellently situated, being only 10-15 minutes walk from Lille Europe train station and a few mins from some of the main tourist areas. It was very clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and there was a 24 hr reception. It was possible to fill up the water bottle from the room at the bar downstairs with fresh/filtered/sparkling water.

Cons:

There wasn’t a kettle in the room and it was very warm in my room with no air con (in my room certainly; I can’t speak for the rest of the hotel). My stay was in early May. I can only imagine how hot it gets in the height of Summer.
