This is now my go to spot when coming through Toulouse
The breakfast is very good
I did not like not to have a kettle because it was not a feature of my room which is not something I would check as it is quite basic

Chambre un peu petite ( très agréable quand même)
The location is excellent, central yet quiet, and there are good places to eat nearby. The breakfast is award-winning - yes, literally! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, and were happy to provide information, book taxis and accommodate dietary requirements.
We stayed here twice around the Christmas period. The first time, there were three of us and the room was a reasonable size for three. The second time, there were just the two of us and the room was a bit tight, but we were only staying one night so it didn't matter too much.
Charming staff. Great location. Beaitifully decorated and appointed.
Some hot food - possibly eggs - at breakfast would have been good.

Ich war schon öfter in Toulouse, aber dieses kleine Hotel in einer stillen Seitenstraße ist einfach hervorragend.
Das Personal ist charmant und das Frühstück ist bislang das beste, was ich auf meinen Frankreichreisen bislang bekommen habe.

Le petit déjeuner était bon, les chambres sont bien décorés, le personnel est aimable et accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville.
La propreté de la chambre peut être améliorée. On a retrouvé un insecte dans le lit (punaise de lit ?) donc nous avons demandé à changer de chambre. Il avait également des traces sur le carrelage dans la salle de bain, le fond des toilettes est marron. A part ça l’hôtel est bien.

Si tuviera que poner un pero, la habitación era más bien pequeñita, pero ya me he alojado varias veces y volvería a repetir.
The hotel is very centrally located and easily accessible from the airport shuttle stop - even with luggage.
I didn't have breakfast, but it smelt and looked great.
The staff were really helpful and friendly and knew the area - they geve some great sightseeing tips
Nothing not to like
Kind, friendly staff to greet us, lovely quiet room with window that opens for ventilation, spotlessly clean, big comfy bed, great pillows, fantastic location close to everything but off the beaten path. Breakfast was plentiful, with a variety of delicious items to accommodate many dietary needs, beautifully arranged, and there was a kind attendant offering delicious fresh squeezed orange juice every morning.

Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux, et l'emplacement est vraiment idéal.
Un hôtel indépendant qui n'a pas à rougir devant ceux de grandes chaînes.
2 améliorations possibles pour passer de "très bien" à "fabuleux" :
la climatisation (réversible donc chauffage en hiver) se déclenche de manière intempestive, et le bruit associé est désagréable.
sur un séjour de 2 nuits, inutile de changer les serviettes quand le client ne le demande pas; la planète nous remerciera ;-)
