Pros:

Struttura molto carina, tenuta bene. Stanze pulite con aria condizionata, perfetto per questa estate calda. Pareti con una buonissima insonorizzazione!
Posto molto centrale, servizio molto buono, personale molto gentile e molto disponibile.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un difetto, la colazione a buffet potrebbe avere più cose salate. La selezione dolce molto buona comunque.

Comfortable, cool, spacious accommodations near the center of the city.

The room was a nice size. The AC worked well on a really hot day. The breakfast was locally sourced and good value. The staff were helpful.

The perfect place in central Toulouse
Pros:

I stayed in this traditional, centrally located hotel for 2 nights, the staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. It was my birthday though no-one knew and there was a towel stack and 'Happy Birthday' on top on my bed an my very comfortable clean room. The breakfasts were very good also. I really couldn't but recommend this hotel highly. It gets 5 stars from me. Thank you all for helping to make my stay so pleasant.

Lovely hotel in Toulouse.
Pros:

We stayed here just one night. The location is very good located just off a Main Street and central to many sites. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. We were there during the heat wave. So AC was great. There is also an elevator! Front desk was friendly and really helpful. There also is a nice area in the lobby to gather. We did not try the breakfast. Very happy with my choice.

Fabulous lodging (and breakfast!) in the heart of historic Toulouse
Pros:

This was our second stay at Hotel Albert 1er, which has a (literally) award-winning breakfast that has to be seen to be believed. (We actually planned our day around it to be able to linger and enjoy.) It has the most friendly and helpful (and patient) staff who speak various languages, including English. The decor is very nice and modern, and you cannot beat the location for walking around the historic area of Toulouse. It's not an inexpensive hotel, but it was absolutely worth it to us, and we expect to return. I don't think there is any other property comparable from our research.

Cons:

Our particular room could have been nicer (we had a better one previously), and things were a bit cramped. But we felt fortunate to get a room during the summer season with a bathtub (a quirky requirement on our end).
