Très bon hôtel, je recommande!
Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, le petit-déjeuner est fabuleux, et l'emplacement est vraiment idéal.
Un hôtel indépendant qui n'a pas à rougir devant ceux de grandes chaînes.

Cons:

2 améliorations possibles pour passer de "très bien" à "fabuleux" :
la climatisation (réversible donc chauffage en hiver) se déclenche de manière intempestive, et le bruit associé est désagréable.
sur un séjour de 2 nuits, inutile de changer les serviettes quand le client ne le demande pas; la planète nous remerciera ;-)

Pros:

- La personne en charge du petit-déjeuner qui accueille avec le sourire et prépare elle-même certains produits. Heureusement qu'elle était là !

Cons:

- L'accueil à la réception qui donne un peu l'impression qu'on dérange...
- La propreté de la salle de bain (traces suspectes, poils) et des draps (tâches incrustées).
- L'attente pour pouvoir rentrer la nuit ! Toutes les sonnettes essayées, appel au téléphone sans réponse, quinze minutes d'attente au moins.
- Le petit-déjeuner sans plat chaud en plein mois de janvier, les yaourts en pot qui ont l'air d'avoir tourné. Les viennoiseries mauvaises (c'est sûrement du surgelé).
- L'exposition artistique payante pour les clients alors que la salle appartient à l'hôtel !

Une situation parfait dans Toulouse, nous avons passé une bonne nuit dans une chambre agréable. Mention supplémentaire pour l'excellent petit déjeuner et l'accueil vélo, idéal pour se lancer ensuite le long du canal du midi

Molt ben ubicat, l’esmorzar ESPECTACULAR i de productes locals. Un gran detall mostrar els proveïdors de la zona, transparència i dona visibilitat als productors locals. Els llits còmodes (si tagrada el matalàs dur com a mi). Totalment cèntric, i el personal molt atent i amable.

Charm in Toulouse
Pros:

My friend and I stayed here in October and it was the perfect place from which to explore Toulouse. It was walking distance to all the sites within the city and an easy walk to the train station. Best of all, the breakfast was incredible, with everything local and homemade. The staff were friendly and helpful.
