Posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro in metropolitana. Personale gentile e disponibile.
La sala per la colazione piccola ma accogliente Colazione discreta Buona disponibilità di parcheggio scoperto/coperto a pagamento.
Come per un solo altro hotel in cui abbiamo soggiornato durante queste vacanze il wc era in una nicchia da solo vicino la porta mentre lavabo e doccia in altro spazio. Mi sembra però che ci fossero stanze con un bagno in spazio unico Credo.che nel momento della prenotazione Booking e successivamente lo stesso hotel. dovrebbero dare chiarimenti in merito all' assegnazione delle stanze
O hotel fica quase em frente à estação Toulouse Matabiau, em localização servida por bistrôs e restaurantes. Além disso, possui funcionários gentis e prestativos. Nota dez para isso.

This is a basic budget hotel very close to the train station and the airport shuttle bus. We chose it for that reason and were not intending to spend long in the hotel. Breakfast was adequate for the space the hotel has available and although not much food was out it was replenished quickly by staff so that there was enough for guests. Room was clean and bed was comfy for a budget hotel.
We stayed twice. One night mid-week at the beginning of our holiday and two nights at the end (Sat/Sun). Had we experienced what we did on the later stay on the first night we would not have stayed again. First stay was good, we were on high floor and did not find it too noisy, breakfast was ok. It did what we needed it to do - eg a quick overnight stay after a flight close to the train station for the next day. Prior to the second stay I had a scam WhatsApp message reporting to be from the hotel. When we checked in I advised the hotel of this and they were aware of the data breach but told us not to worry as just the name and phone number. They had no other details. When I said that they knew the exact dates of our stay too they acknowledged this so felt like more had been breached then they let on and didn't seem overly apologetic about it (do appreciate that these things happen but it just felt a bit lack). When you leave the hotel you have to hand your keys in to the receptionist or put in a box. We returned to the hotel after going out to be met by a receptionist that we hadn't met before and they just handed our key over without any question on our name etc. The reception did not always seem manned and so didn't feel very secure. We had bolt locked the door when we went out on the Sunday and the cleaner did not do this, just left it as it was. Appreciate it was still locked but we had put the extra locks on it as we started to not feel the hotel was very secure. ALL Saturday night there were comings and goings on our floor - doors opening (which were not quiet) and closing constantly which kept my husband awake and felt very dodgy. As it was a Saturday night there were also police sirens and outside noise was more noticeable. This was not so bad on the Sunday. I have never left a review like this for a hotel before but I think the hotel needs to consider its security more closely.

We arrived way past midnight thanks to a delayed flight. we were warmly welcomed.
The bed was huge and comfy so we slept very well. The room was quiet.
The breakfast had excellent choices with organic milk, good yoghurt and cheese.
The information given beforehand was also very helpful.
