Cheap and staff were friendly. Would look a staying elsewhere next time.
Pros:

Location and staff were fantastic. Staff very helpful. Aloud to leave bags before checking in as we were early, and were able to leave bags at checking out as we had a later flight

Cons:

Room was dated and plug sockets not working or accessible. Bathroom was very small. Had to get in the shower to sit on the toilet and the shower was very small to stand and wash in.

La moquette au sol fait très sale ! Elle est pleine de tâches, et une odeur dès que je suis entrée dans la chambre
Pas de rideau de douche pour bien inonder la salle de bain
Très mal isolé, on entend tout et tout le monde, les portes dures a fermer donc obliger de les claquer..

Un excellent séjour.
Pros:

La chambre rénovée est très agréable, très reposante.
La douche est bien réglée et chaude.
Toujours aussi calme et situation parfaite en centre ville.
On a vraiment envie de revenir.

Cons:

La rénovation se poursuite donc il faut attendre ; il me tarde de voir les parties communes et l'ascenseur rénovés.

Je suis un habitué de cet hôtel et c'est toujours un plaisir d y revenir. Le personnel est vraiment charmant et attentionné. Accueil sympathique et chaleureux. Arrivé à 11h, j ai pu tout de suite avoir ma chambre, ce qui est rare ! L hôtel est en pleine rénovation et la nouvelle déco des chambres très sympa. Excellente adresse à petit prix au cœur de Toulouse
