Urgence pour rénover certaines chambres

Le personnel est exceptionnel, très professionnel et agréable, l'hôtel est bien situé et le petit déjeuner très correct.

Cons:

'la première chambre qui m'a été octroyée est dans un état lamentable (ch 104). Je ne comprends pas que l'on puisse proposer au client de le recevoir dans de telles conditions. Le jeune homme à l'accueil m'a proposé une autre chambre face à mon mécontentement.Il manque une prise dans la chambre pour charger le portable et la salle de bains ne dispose pas d'étagère pour poser le nécessaire de toilette.

Proche de la gare pour une arrivée tardive.

Cons:

La décoration des chambres un peu vieillot et un lit une place pour un adulte c'est un peu juste. Mais la literie est très confortable.

Dès qu'on rentre dans la chambre il y a l'odeur de vieux ,moisie, j'ai du aéré. C'est chère pour ce que c'est . . Il va falloir une bonne rénovation .

Hotel simple, agréable, à 2 pas de la gare à pied.
Quartier St Augustin à côté avec des restaurants.
Nous avons réussi à tout faire à pied. Bus à 2 pas si besoin.
Personnel très agréable.

Personnel gentil chambre insalubre.
Pros:

Personnel très agréable et très accueillant.

Cons:

Chambre dans un état déplorable. Mur plein d'humidité papier peint qui se décolle.
Une honte de payer 94 euros pour une chambre comme ça. Une honte aussi que booking.com propose des chambres, publicité mensongère. Je souhaiterai un geste commercial car cette chambre ne vaut pas plus de 35 euros la nuit.
