Pros:

Personnel de l'accueil extrêmement aimable. Jolie salle à manger et buffet de petit déjeuner parfait.
Chambre propre. Salle de douche très bien. Déco de la chambre sobre et de bon goût. Vue sur les jolis bâtiments de fond de cour.

Cons:

Espaces de circulation à l'étage vieillots et moches. La porte de la chambre laisse trop passer le bruit du couloir. Les volets ont besoin d'un coup de peinture.

Pros:

Friendly staff, lovely cool room was much appreciated in the heat of a Toulouse summer, good breakfast, comfy bed, great location close to the station. Kettle and tea bags were a great bonus.

Cons:

Everything was fine.

Excellent location, very comfortable room, and friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Pros:

We had a large very quiet room with super king bed (we booked the larger 18 sq metre room) separate toilet room from the bathroom, and a very effective air con heat pump much needed in the heat wave. The location was great for the railway station. However, we ended up flying to Toulouse as our train from Paris was cancelled because of the heat. Friendly, helpful staff.

Pros:

La localización. Un hotel céntrico.

Cons:

El Señor que estaba en la recepción, cuando llegamos, ni nos atendió. Le preguntamos que donde podíamos dejar el coche y no se tomó ni el mas mínimo interés. Todo el hotel necesita una reforma. El desayuno es limitadisimo y escasisismo. No se podía regular el aire acondicionado de la habitación. Con el calor que hacía, al principio se agradecía pero después o lo apagabas o morías de frío.

Pros:

Ce n'est pas la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel, car il est non seulement situé à deux minutes de la gare, mais le personnel est aussi très gentil et accueillant. Les chambres sont simples et mériteraient quelques petits travaux de rénovation, mais on l'oublie très vite grâce à la propreté irréprochable des lieux et au confort des lits. Même dans la chambre individuelle, dont le prix est vraiment très correct, il y a une télévision.
