wij wilden eigenlijk geen commentaar sturen, maar de vraag erom bleef terugkomen. Dus toch maar.
Pros:

wij komen hier al meer dan 40 jaar, jaarlijks, soms meerdere keren per jaar.
Voor het eerst zijn we minder tevreden. Zie hieronder

Cons:

De televisie deed het niet en ondanks tweemaal hierop wijzen, werd het niet hersteld.

De douchekop viel steeds naar beneden; ook dit werd niet hersteld. Douchen was dus lastig. Douchen kon overigens alleen in bad. Er was nog steeds geen inloopdouche

pulizia, posizione, camere nuove, cordialità

Cons:

purtroppo abbiamo trovato diverse formiche in camera e avrei proposto una formula colazione anche semplice (oltre quella ricca a buffet da 19 euro) dato che in prossimità dell’hotel non ci sono caffetterie ma a qualche minuto a piedi

Where do I even begin to rate this fantastic place?? Fabulous location close to the Sablettes beach (3 min walk) and the Grande Roue.
13 min walk to the city center
Rooms are clean and fresh, daily maid service.
The poo and bar areas are very cosy. Great drinks too. Daily supply of pool/ beach towels off charge

AND the reception staff, there arent enough words to describe the kindness, professionalism and level of service! Always helpful with a smile on their face.
Especial extra credit to Stefania, who helped us to rearrange and upgrade our room to balcony so that we could enjoy seaview while having a drink.
I will definitely come back next year!!!
