The location was perfect. The service was absolutely exceptional.

Just back from a wonderful stay at Hotel Napoleon, what really stands out is the service and hospitality. We travelled with our 2 boys, and they were treated so kindl, as were we. For me, a younger girl Karla, I believe, was a stand out member of the team. Her infectious smile, her warmth and her empathy shone, a true treasure to have in your hotel and how lucky you are to have her on your team along with a warm welcome from Francesca. The breakfast was very good, rooms were clean and spacious, we had inter connecting rooms which were ideal. Room service and cleaning was exceptional plus warm and friendly housekeeping team, each day rooms were made up, free mini bar of cold drinks, juice and water replenished daily, a rarity usually only see this commitment in 5 star hotels, beach towels provided for beach days and pool towels for pool days, car park and beach 2 mins across the road, lovely juices at the bar, snacks with drinks, I would definitely recommend a stay and would return. Used the gym a few times, small & compact but useful however air con in this space would be good. Air con in rooms exceptional, location superb for exploring Menton by foot plus Jardin walk to rear. Morning walks are safe and scenic, on a wide pathway in both directions. our kids loved the pool, the beach is shallow and big wheel on the doorstep. thank you.

Loved the wonderful staff and customer service, everyone is really friendly, accommodating and truly nice! Very modern, clean, comfortable hotel with perfect location, the beach is a short walk across the street, supermarket across the street, very much impressed and will be happy to return to this hotel again in the future!

Wonderful family run hotel. The staff can’t do enough for you and want you to feel you are at a home from home. They supply water free of charge whenever you want and the drinks and snacks are very reasonably priced. Quite a rarity these days. Lovely little pool exceptionally clean and fitness room next to it. The rooms are a good size, modern and spotless and if you opt for a balcony with a seaview you will have the best views of Menton.

A hotel nagyon szép, igényes, a szobák tiszták, az ágy nagyon kényelmes.Közel van mindenhez, belváros, bolt, vasútállomás, strand.Reggeli bőséges, a szállodai dolgozók nagyon kedvesek.Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, szívesen visszatérünk!

We recently returned from stunning Menton where we spent 10 nights at our favourite Hotel - The Napoleon. This was our third visit to this comfortable stylish Hotel which ticks all our boxes - location, views, comfortable beds, stylish spotless rooms, delicious breakfast and amazing staff - service with a smile every time. An easy 10-15 minute walk into Menton makes exploring easy and there is a huge choice of restaurants for dining. The Hotel is situated close to the Marina where you can find a couple of restaurants and coffee shops too. The nearby fabulously stocked supermarket is great for snacks/cold drinks/wine etc. One day they were selling freshly made paella and olive selection just outside the store so, with a lovely bottle of wine, we enjoyed lunch on our hotel balcony whilst admiring the sea view. Highly recommended. Huge thank you to everyone at Hotel Napoleon for being part of our wonderful holiday and we look forward to seeing you in September x
