Für die Nähe zur Altstadt optimal. Gute und bezahlbare Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft.

a lovely base for exploring Nice and nearby cities.
Pros:

Great location, charming atmosphere, and a comfortable room. The hotel felt cozy and had a nice traditional character. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was easy to get around Nice from there.

Cons:

Some of the facilities felt a little basic, but overall it was comfortable and good value for the stay.

Hôtel très bien situé dans la ville, avec un accueil chaleureux et agréable. Le séjour s’est bien passé dans l’ensemble.

Cons:

Malheureusement, l’insonorisation est vraiment le point négatif : on entend énormément les bruits des autres chambres, notamment les télévisions, ce qui peut être assez gênant et nous a parfois empêcher de dormir ou réveillés.

Excellent hotel, location & staff.
Pros:

Excellent hotel, location & staff. Good sized room (2 twin beds) with lots of storage and a large bathroom with a window that opened. Located next to a small grocery store, lots of shopping & restaurants plus laundry (Speed Queen Laverie) down the street. Love the balcony on the 2nd floor - comfy and lots of plants plus the large shared guest refrigerator. Alexsandro answered all our questions daily and did our heavy lifting (carried our luggage to the 3rd floor when we arrived and back down when we left). Daily housekeeping was amazing. I plan on going back and staying again in 2027.

Just perfect!
Pros:

I can definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were very nice and pleasant. They gave us the room early and provided all the instructions we needed. The rooms were cleaned and the towels were changed every day. The hotel also provides parasols and clean beach towels every day. The location is amazing, close to both city center, old town and the beach is only 10-15 min walk which is always a pleasure in Nice. The train station and metro are also close by.

Cons:

This hotel is an amazing value for money. It’s not the newest, but everything is extremely clean and is kept in very good condition.

Never again! And take care for your stuff if you have no other choices

It was the 3th floor without elevator small windows no view less water in the shower
The cleaning personal broke my very expensive Parfum Nobody find any solution for that and told me they didn’t was it!!!!!
It's a huge outrage to even accuse my friend who shared the room with me.
Even the guy was very nervous and unfriendly to us

Pros:

La posizione ottima, a un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro (piazza Massena) e a 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Lo staff è stato sempre molto disponibile e molto cordiale. Ci avevano dato una stanza diversa da quella mostrata in booking, ma quando l'ho segnalato mi hanno subito cambiato stanza.
Danno in prestito ombrelli e asciugamani per la spiaggia.

Cons:

La prima stanza che ci avevano assegnato era davvero piccola. Inoltre, per essere un hotel di una località di mare, non ha a disposizione spazi per asciugare costumi ecc.
