Lovely hotel. Was a comfortable, clean and friendly place to be in the magical city.
Pros:

The terrace was a wonderful addition to the comfy room for the three of us.
Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Since booking with Booking.com, we had to make adjustment to our check in time. The front desk would never confirm that there would be someone there to check us in. We were a little concerned about that, but no worries, Alex was there to let us in and was very helpful with our check in and departure.

Room was clean, roomy and comfortable.

Cons:

We needed a late check in. Because we booked with Booking.com we needed to check in with Booking.com. The front desk could never confirm that we would be able to checkin at the time we thought. No worries, we had no trouble checking in at midnight. Alex was there and he was very welcoming and helpful.

Comfortable, friendly staff, good location
Pros:

We used the nice shady 1st floor terrace a lot which was open until 9pm and we could bring in our own drinks/snacks from supermarket next door and store in common fridge
