Pros:

Hôtel dans une très jolie bâtisse bien décorée. Bien situé dans Nice non loin du vieux Nice et à 800m de la gare. Vous pouvez laisser vos bagages à l'accueil le temps de vôtre visite en ville et à la mer.
Le personnel est charmant.

Kedves személyzet, nagyon jó helyen. 1 perc séta a vonatállomás, az L2-es villamos megálló, amivel a repülőtérre el lehet jutni és a tengerpart.

Cons:

Reggeli kicsit lehetne változatosabb, de 2-3 napra megfelel.

Pros:

The location is close to the train station and is situated in a rather peaceful neighborhood.

Cons:

We stayed for 2 nights. First off, there was the wet bathroom floor issue that several users have already commented on. I'd like to add that ventilation wasn't enough so the bathroom actually remained damp and that affected the room the whole time.

Secondly, the carpet was some sort of plastic type. I guess they picked this kind to reduce the absorption of water from the bathroom, but it certainly felt weird when you feet stepped on it.

As for the rest, some points worth mentioning are that: (1) our room was just beneath the roofttop gathering space, so we kept hearing ppl walking pass; (2) our window was facing another room so we tended to close the curtain, but the lighting in the room was not enough and the room became very dark; (3) there was a small screen on the desk, I guessed it was the TV but we didn't even bother to try.

Other from all these, the staff were reasonably nice.

To sum up, for us, we wanted to enjoy our vacation, and didn't expect how basic the room design and amenities were, especially given the price of the room.

We would stay at the hotel again but not in the same room.
Pros:

The location and the staff at the were great.

Cons:

The room was an attic room and my partner is 6'5ft tall which wasn't ideal. The room also had two doomer windows so visible view for us.

La fenêtre n’était top car haute et peu de lumière.
Les portes étaient bruyantes. Trés mal isolé.
Le petit dej était plus que moyen.
