Amazing location next to train station!
Pros:

Amazing location if you need to be near the train station! Could not be closer except by being on the platform itself! Look up when you leave the main station exit and you'll see it, then down some steps and you're there. Old Town and Promenade also in easy reach - about 20mins walk or by tram.
Hotel let us store bags for free from our early morning arrival until check in (saw a sign that they also offer bag storage to non guests for €5 per bag).
Room: plenty of space, top floor via stairs, which was fine for us. Bonus as it had it's own loo and shower!
Only stayed one night so didn't use all facilities, but it had everything we needed for our stay, including comfortable beds, enough sockets and free working wifi.

Cons:

Reception staff varied from lovely lady on arrival, to a feeling of being inconvenient to the person on the desk later on in the evening.
Tiny thing, but the toilet roll dispenser in the loo is on the wall behind the loo, which makes ot difficult to get to (it's ne of those big plastic round ones where the end of the loo roll disappears). Putting it next to the loo would make it so much easier!

Fomos muito bem atendidos. Café da manhã agradável, quarto muito limpo, banheiro impecável, andares sem elevador mas já sabíamos disso pois lemos as informações. Muito bem localizado e profissionais muito gentis.
