Ottima posizione e camera accogliente
Pros:

Tutto perfetto! Camera pulita e molto accogliente a due passi dalla stazione e abbastanza vicina ai punti di interesse. Staff molto gentile!

Hotel un poco decadente con información confusa y SIN WC propio en la habitación.

El personal fue muy amable.

Cons:

La habitación tiene lavabo y ducha en la propia habitación, pero el wc esta fuera, compartido por toda la planta [10 habitaciones] Esto es algo que debería estarclaramente especificado en la información de Booking.. No dispone de ascensor, si bien es cierto que la recepcionista me indicó que estaba advertido en la descripción yo no he encontrado nada. Tampoco hay un espacio reservado de carga/descarga en la puerta del hotel y no puedes dejar el coche en doble fila.
De habitación insonorizada nada, se escucha perfectamente el pasillo, las habitaciones de al lado y la calle.
En vez de Aire Acondicionado hay un ventilador.

El aspecto general es decadente.

Je suis très satisfait, j'retournerai lors de mon prochain séjour à Nice
Pros:

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'accueil du personnel, très souriant et très agréable.
L'hôtel est très très propre, rien à dire, la literie est extrêmement confortable, on y dort très bien et les fenêtres sont très très bien insonorisé. Vous n'entendez pas un bruit, même si c'est à côté de la gare, ce fut une excellente surprise.

Kann man für eine Nacht machen, muss man aber nicht.
Pros:

Sehr nah am Hauptbahnhof. Praktisch, wenn man sofort das Gepäck loswerden möchte.

Cons:

Es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude, dementsprechend riecht es im gesamten Objekt etwas alt.
Das ursprüngliche Zimmer ohne eigenes WC ist anmaßend. Die Gerüche des Abflusses der Dusche sind unerträglich. Beim Wechsel in ein Zimmer mit WC, trotz der Umstände, einen Aufpreis angefordert.
Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist sehr entzerrt.

Très bonne surprise
Pros:

En face de la jolie gare de Nice . L hôtel à double vitrage et Clim donc nuit au top .
Personnel très sympathique et accueillant
Je précise que l hôtel est un bel immeuble typique niçois
Et très bon petit déjeuner avec viennoiseries , pain … copieux

Hôtel très désagréable, avec un manque de calme qui a vraiment gâché le séjour. L’établissement était très bruyant et le confort n’était malheureusement pas au rendez-vous. Le wifi ne marche pas. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Il corridoio per accedere alle camere era da claustrofobia, la camera rifinita malissimo, il pavimento si un lato della camera cedeva completamente e in un altro punto le piastrelle erano rotte e si muovevano. In bagno l' odore era non proprio gradevole
