Great location, friendly staff, and good value but the night porter is the rudest man in Nice.
Pros:

The daytime staff were super friendly (including the 2 lovely dogs). Always ensuring we had what we need with towels etc and even took our bag up to our room on the top floor without us needing to ask.

Interlaken’s night porter who was the rudest hotel employee I’ve ever met.

He was openly rude to my partner and I with a nasty and dismissive tone when checking in, claiming I had forgotten to pay when I had all my receipts and he had no patience when I was trying to show him. His behaviour was horrible for no reasonable reason. We also saw him behave rudely to other guests checking in too.

Every evening we saw him after greeting appropriately (bonsoir) him he responded rudely with a passive aggressive tone, he did not smile at myself or my partner once in our 9 night stay.

Muito boa apesar das poucas críticas.
Pros:

Pontos positivos: Quartos confortáveis, limpeza excelente, café da manhã simples mas muito bom, equipe que nos atendeu com bastante simpatia e cordialidade. Localização razoável pelo custo-benefício, e fica em frente à estação de trem.

Cons:

Pontos negativos: sem frigobar no quarto. Eu e minha esposa ficamos no andar térreo, mas não há elevador para os andares superiores.
