My first encounter was when I got there. We were two women’s by ourself with 4 luggage’s and no help whatsoever. If somebody with disability go there they cannot manage since you have to go up some stairs and there’s no elevator or ramp. I booked that area because it was close to the train station since I was going to Paris. I asked if somebody could help us the next day to take the luggage since it was not far from the train station, and an Uber or taxi would not take us since it was to close. There was a younger guy later on the shift and we asked if he would help us or knew somebody that could help us and he said yes, but when we got up at 5 o’clock in the morning to leave, he didn’t even bother to help, he opened the door and carry down just one of the four luggage’s, my niece and I were looking at each other like amazed, even though that we told him that we would pay to get help, so really I would never recommend this place to anybody…. No empathy and rude….

Przerażający smród w pokoju pochodzący z toalety. Żeby wytrzymać trzebabylo ręcznikami zakrywać zlew prysznic i drzwi od łazienki ! Obsługa nie mówiąca po angielsku.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt gegenüber des Hauptbahnhof Nizza. Das Hotel ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Leider ist es von außen leider sehr laut, da auch ein Tunnel direkt vor dem Hotel auf der einen Seite mündet. Leider sind auch im Haus die Wände sehr dünn und die Türen, schlagen sehr laut zu.

A great location for exploring the area, but the poor sound insulation
Pros:

The location of this accommodation is excellent, especially if you plan to visit other towns along the French Riviera, as it is located very close to the main train station. The Old Town is also just a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the property offers a traditional French breakfast, which was quite good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a luggage storage service, which costs 5 euros per bag per day—very convenient if you have a late departure.

As for the accommodation itself, the room we took was small but very clean, making it absolutely perfect for a shorter stay. Highly recommended for practical travelers!

Cons:

The sound insulation is quite poor; you can easily hear whenever someone opens their door in the morning, which can wake you up. Also, we were very disappointed by the attitude of the hotel regarding the facilities after check-out. We paid 5 euros per bag to leave our luggage there for the day. However, when we came back to pick up our bags and asked to use the restroom, the staff refused and told us we couldn't because we were "no longer hotel guests."

J'ai eu un petit lit de quatre-vingt dix centimètres je pense et non un grand lit. Lors de la réservation vous avez omis de me signaler que les toilettes étaient sur le palier...J'ai payé DIX EUROS DE PLUS POUR DES TOILETTES SITUEES DANS LA CHAMBRE...Une faute de votre part...

L’equipement de la salle de bain est à revoir. Le prix du petit dejeuner est elevé pour la qualité proposée. Il n’est pas possible de patienter dans l’espace assise le temps d’aller prendre son train. Pas de rideau occulant.

Pros:

The location was very good, with nice restaurants and convenient transportation nearby. Everything was easily accessible, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The WiFi was very poor and the signal was so weak that we could barely use it during our stay. The room also needs some updating. The room door and floor had visible gaps, and the curtains should be replaced with darker ones to help guests sleep more comfortably. The location was good, but the accommodation itself could be improved.

Pros:

La struttura è molto vicina alla stazione, quindi è comoda per chi usa i mezzi, dall’altro canto la zona non è delle migliori, noi non ci sentivamo molto sicuri, ed è lontana dal centro.

Cons:

La struttura non è molto accogliente al suo interno e le condizioni igieniche della camera non erano delle migliori. Il prezzo eccessivo per il servizio che offre.
