Big opportunity to improve on customer service and facilities.

- They confirmed a child cot would be provided when I booked but they were not able to provide this as they had given them all out before we arrived… and we did not arrive late (around 5pm). Their only option was to give us a room with a separate single bed but we still did not have a secure cot for our two year old.
- The toilet flush did not work well at all - needed several attempts every time.
- No lift.

Excellent, je recommande.
Pros:

Le personnel était à l'écoute et très accueillant, le petit déjeuner était formidable, la chambre était parfaitement entretenue et nous avions une terrasse privée, la piscine était impeccable.

Cons:

Nous aurions aimé pouvoir manger sur place le midi.

Rien tout était bien sauf l'absence de wifi qui était dommageable
