Séjour très agréable dans un établissement très cocooning et très bien situé avec un personnel chaleureux.
Pros:

L’accueil charmant de la responsable et tous ses bons conseils pour visiter Villeneuve Lez Avignon. La chambre était très cosy et très agréable avec la petite terrasse donnant sur le jardin. Super petit déjeuner à conseiller avec beaucoup de choix et la possibilité de le prendre dans la petite cour ou dans la salle. La possibilité de boire ou manger quelques biscuits gracieusement est un vrai plaisir.

Hotel encantador con una ubicación inmejorable, zona tranquila. La habitación era grande y los desayunos con mucha variedad de dulces y tartas. Quizás se echa en falta algo más se tipi salado. Tiene un patio con jardín que es una preciosidad

Pros:

El entorno es maravilloso. Buscabamos algo en Avignon y encontramos este hotel a solo 2 km y estuvimos encantados con la elección. El personal muy amable y pendiente en todo momento de facilitarnos todo (viajamos con 4 celiacos en la familia y no siempre es fácil).

Cons:

Me encantó todo pero por decir algo a mejorar, quizá si tuvieran algo de dulce o bollería sin gluten en el desayuno además del pan que tenían, estaría súper.

Pros:

El edificio antiguo reformado muy bonito. Las habitaciones son amplias. La zona del desayuno es muy bonita, pero el desayuno es un poco pobre.

Cons:

Con antelación escribimos para preguntar sobre el parking y no nos contestaron. Y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que había un parking pero que era de pago que estaba a una distancia mayor que uno público y que nos recomendaba ir a uno público. Me parece que la información que pone en la página del Hotel es incorrecta ya que no tiene un parking privado en el mismo Hotel. Además nos dijeron que tenían una zona de carga de descarga de 10 minutos y no estaba libre cuando nosotros llegamos ni siquiera a la media hora después o sea que no podemos descargar ahí y tuvimos que dar vueltas cada vez que venía un coche. Y además la habitación no estaba muy limpia. Y está lejos del centro.

J’ai adoré mon séjour ! Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et attentionné, les chambres sont d’une propreté irréprochable et le petit-déjeuner est excellent, avec des produits faits maison. Une mention toute particulière pour la gentillesse du propriétaire, qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Une chose est sûre : je reviendrai sans aucune hésitation ! 😊

Pros:

Waren schon mehrfach in diesem Hotel und sind immer wieder begeistert. Besonders die absolute Kundenfreundlichkeit ist bemerkenswert. So kann man frühstücken so lange man will und darf auch das Zimmer etwas länger behalten, wenn man danach fragt und es irgend möglich ist.
