Pros:

What really makes this place special is the staff. Everyone we interacted with could not have been more helpful and nice. Also the Hotel is very quiet in Villeneuve les Avignon, and away from the tourist energy in Avignon. Only the No. 5 bus to town every 15 min or so. A smaller place (only 21 rooms i think) that is just so comfortable, that has a great older place feel. We would happily stay here again.

Cons:

Well, they could use an elevator, but when they help you carry your bags to your room, even that becomes a non-issue. Did I mention the great breakfast they offer! This is an old building, so an elevator is probably not in the cards.

Lovely hotel
Pros:

The location was very convenient, just a 2–3 minute walk from the parking area. The building itself is beautiful and full of old-world charm, which made the stay feel even more special. We also really enjoyed the fresh pastries and good breakfasts every morning. Another thing we loved was the heavy blanket on the bed — it was extremely comfortable and helped us sleep really well. The staff were also lovely and friendly throughout our stay.

Nice staff
Pros:

Staffs welcomed me like one of their family. Very efficient and kind. I could enjoy the Provençal style of my room and also, decoration was nice both in my room and lobby area.

Cons:

It was a little difficult to bring my baggage without elevator, using quite old staircases. But the staff helped me.

Cons:

J’étais dans la chambre du bas et on entend le passage dans le couloir. Ca ne m’a cependant pas vraiment gênée.

Small boutique hotel on a quiet location with a very good breakfast!
Pros:

Small hotel with friendly and helpful staff. We lucked out and got a free parking spot right out of the hotel. We used Uber to get into Avignon as it was too far for us to walk.
