We would stay there again. The lady on reception was lovely and very friendly.

Pros:

Really lovely hotel right in the centre of town, but completely quiet in our room. Everything was great - good decoration, plenty hot water, very clean, good aircon, decent breakfast. Couldn't fault the hotel or the friendly staff. Would definitely stay again! 😁😁😁

Location excellent ,comfy beds .

Cons:

The WC is in a separate room which the average sized person cannot fit ,you have to sit on the side of the WC with your legs sticking out into the bedroom to use. Very uncomfortable and unsatisfactory.

Pros:

Un très bel hôtel haussmannien en plein centre-ville. Belle chambre spacieuse, salle de bain refaite à neuf récemment. Petit-déjeuner dans la cour intérieure de l'hôtel, très agréable.

Cons:

La municipalité de Béziers qui ferme les parcs à 20h en plein mois d'Août et en plein canicule, l'absence totale de bancs dans la ville, on s'assied sur les bordures de jardinières autour des arbres.

Hôtel idéalement placé à proximité de tous les sites touristiques de la vieille ville.
Personnel très accueillant et sympathique. De plus le "patron" est un pationné de l'histoire de sa ville et de son Hôtel.
Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et assez varié sauf si vous êtes plus salé que sucré.
La cour intérieure pour prendre le petit-déjeuner est vraiment très agréable.
Un style moderne épuré qui ne gâche pas l'âme du bâtiment ancien .

Cons:

En amélioration :
- l'ascenseur et ses à coups au démarrage
- l'absence de frigo dans la chambre
- malgré une réfection assez récente de la chambre, certaines finitions pourraient être refaites (certains joints dans la salle de bains, porte de la douches qui ferme mal .....)

Pros:

Third or fourth time that we have stayed here. Staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Great roo and hotel has a central location for restaurants, train stations, busses etc.
