Excellent séjour au Pays Basque.
Pros:

Personnels très accueillants, très professionnels.
Une remarque très positive pour les personnels aux cuisines et de service.
Repas très bien, la carte changeait chaque jour. Petit déjeuner copieux et à volonté
Propreté de l'établissement était excellente.

Néanmoins la chambre aurait bénéficié d'avoir un mini frigo.

Merci pour ce séjour qui nous a aidé à rendre une première visite dans le Pays Basque.

Pris pour 2 nuits et franchement incroyable ! Très bien situé avec commerces et restaurants rapide proche... l'hôtel dispose aussi d'un restaurant ouvert du lundi au jeudi soir . C'est le seul bémol dommage qu'il n'y ai pas de service le week-end ! nous avons pu manger le lundi soir et on s'est régalé vraiment prix très correct pour la qualité . Le personnel ? Un bijou souriant agréable aux petits soins avec le sourire durant tout le service malgré les petites demandes de notre part pour modifier un cocktail où il y avait du gazeux et que je n'en bois pas ... résultats remplacer par de l'ananas le cocktail été délicieux 😋 merci encore. En ce qui concerne la chambre très propre , grande tv jamais vu ça dans un hôtel et pour une fois très bien placé en face du lit . De plus les chambres sont très bien insonorisé avec clim pas un bruit sauf si bien sûr on ouvre la fenêtre... mais avec la clim ... quel intérêt ? La literie top avec 2 oreillers chacun trés appréciable. On vous remercie infiniment nous avons passé un agréable séjour vraiment 🫶
