Reservamos el hotel a último momento y la atención fue muy buena. El checkin lo hicimos en la recepción al llegar y todo estaba muy limpio. Recomendable

Tres Bon et bel accueil a la réception, tres bon service au restaurant, le personnel est très attentionné; le buffet du petit déjeuner est bien fourni et de très bonne qualité. Je recommande sans hésitation.

A very well appointed hotel conveniently located close to the main road network
Pros:

Very convenient location for an overnight stay on the journey from the Santander ferry port to the Mediterranean. Room was very well appointed and very clean. Very close to the A63. Plentiful parking in private car park. We had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful

So disappointing we didn’t even ask for a refund as staff were massively incompetent

Location but better hotels in Bayonne…. Avoid

Cons:

Dirty. No facilities in rooms. Tired rooms with chipped paint and poor decor. Poor staff attitude and no tea or coffee making facilities or bottled water available. Awful… find another hotel
