Wonderful service and lots of charm
Pros:

The hotel is delightfully located with a valet service that was greatly appreciated after a long journey. All staff delivered excellent customer service from check in through to dinner service.

The food was impeccable - we enjoyed every moment of our dinner.

Gives Ritz vibes. We'd stay here again if we are ever passing through.

Cons:

Le bruit, les portes des autres chambres claquent, nous les avons entendues toute la nuit. Très mauvaise insonorisation.

Un séjour parfait dans un hôtel magnifique
Pros:

Superbe établissement parfaitement situé à Chartres, à deux pas du centre ville et de la cathédrale. Le cachet « Vieille France » de l’établissement se marie très bien avec la modernité et le confort de ses équipements avec des chambres spacieuses, une literie très confortable et une belle salle de bain le tout dans une propreté impeccable. Le restaurant situé sous la verrière est magnifique et offre une cuisine raffinée et locale dans un cadre superbe. Le spa est très agréable et lumineux avec de nombreux sièges et transats. Le petit-déjeuner quant à lui est copieux et très bon. Le personnel de l’établissement, que ce soit à la réception ou au restaurant est très pro et serviable. C’est l’adresse incontournable pour un passage réussi dans cette belle ville!

Vornehmes Hotel direkt an der Fußgängerzone in Chartres.
Pros:

Gut gelegenes Hotel direkt am Beginn der Fußgängerzone von Chartres. Freundlicher Empfang - das Auto wird von einem Valet übernommen! Geräumiges, ruhiges Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Blick zum Innenhof. Das hoch gelobte Restaurant haben wir nicht getestet.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück leider nur wenig ansprechende kleine Auswahl von Schinken und Käse. Die Butter war ranzig und die Kühlvitrine sollte dringed gesäubert werden, insbesondere die Schienen der Türe!

מלון מקסים וחבל שלא הספקנו להנות מהספא

מלון יפה ונעים חדר מעוצב ונקי, צוות חביב מאוד. כשהגענו לקחו את הרכב לחניון וזה היה מאוד נוח.
ארוחת בוקר טובה. ברברי במקום נעים ואוכל טעים. קרוב לקתדרלה היפה שמוארת בהופעה אור קולית מרשימה.

Pas de climatisation (sauf dans les chambres). Peut-être à cause de la canicule... ; Chambre à l'autre bout du GRAND couloir, alors que mes parents ont plus de 90 ans et ont une canne tous les deux. Une chambre plus loin de l'ascenseur : il n'y en avait pas.... comme si cela avait été fait expres... !!! beaucoup de complications : impossible de diner au bar, impossible de laisser la voiture 3 heures de plus etc.
