Lovely hotel in a delightful village
Pros:

Great service and welcome at this very nice hotel. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Room kettle and coffee was great. We had a room at the back which was lovely and peaceful. Good breakfast to start your days exploring. Do take the time to visit the church and the monument to the inventor of the early steam generator which lead to the development of steam power. Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious.
Private car park at the back of the hotel was great. No lift so be aware of stairs with your case. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Pros:

Locatie was zeer centraal , alle accommodatie voor fietsen, auto was aanwezig
Restaurant was top alsook de bediening en de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het hotelpersoneel/
Kamers waren ok .Badkamer wat gedateerd maar perfect qua hygiëne.
Zwembad was prima .

Cons:

Bij het ontbijt was alles aanwezig , maar je moest wel wat zoeken.
Blijkbaar was er wat tekort aan personeel om alles in goede banen te leiden
Maar eten en drinken was dik in orde

Piscine, sauna et hammam, tennis de table, baby-foot etc...
Pensé à réserver pour massage à avant d arriver ou tôt car masseur(se) professionnel

Petit déjeuner très sympa .

Cons:

Le petit point négatif la baignoire douche pas pratique pour moi.
Mais peut-être très utile pour des familles avec des jeunes enfants .

Cons:

Zimmer war an der Straße, es hat komisch gerochen. (Abfluss), das Restaurant war nicht gut, nicht sauber, alte Tischdecken mit Löcher, blinde Gläser, Laub und Korken unter dem Tisch, Essen gut, aber zu teuer, für die Leistung. Frühstück war normal gut.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Die Außenanlagen, der Garten und der große Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Ebenso fanden wir das Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant als sehr gelungen und angenehm, die Speisen und lokalen Weine waren sehr gut angerichtet, lecker und überzeugten von einer guten Küchen mit gutem Service.

Cons:

Die Zimmerausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte erneuert und modernisiert werden. Dies heißt aber auf keinen Fall, dass die Zimmerausstattung in einem schlechten Zustand ist.

Attractive building and garden

Cons:

Service is a little chaotic. No one at reception when we arrived. Had to wait for 15 minutes until someone manned the desk!
Dinner was ok, but not excellent, and the coffee we ordered did not arrive! . Although everyone was friendly, they were also a bit forgetfu!
Not very good value for money overall.Room and furnishings rather shabby and dated.

Relax and go with the flow!
Pros:

We have just spent 4 nights as part of a self guided ebike tour. This is a family run, French hotel - the service and food are excellent. Such a friendly and obliging team. We saw families, couples, groups all having a really lovely time enjoying the cycling, the pool and the superb food. Relax and go with the flow!

Hele fijne tussenstop.
Pros:

Hele fijne gezinskamer met slaapkamer, voelde als een eigen verdieping

Cons:

Eten bestellen ging wat stroef , communicatie probleem door minder goede beheersing van de engelse taal.
