An average Campanile. No air-conditioning in the rooms.
Pros:

We like Campanile motel style lay out. It was a convenient location . We liked the trees around and peaceful immediate setting. There was a new fan in the room

Cons:

It was a heatwave and there was no air-conditioning in the room. All the other campanile hotels we have stayed in over the years had air con. The fan was noisy at night. There were a few insects in the room. You couldn't open the window for air due to the inspects flying in.

Pros:

Le personnel était accueillant, la chambre propre , la literie confortable et le parking sur place. Nous sommes arrivés tard dans la nuit sans soucis .

L’hôtel est très bien situé en bordure de forêt mais l’absence de climatisation est un handicap malgré les ventilateurs

L’absence de climatisation dans les chambres Et l’impossibilité d’être remboursé du fait d’avoir réservé sur Booking.com. J’avais réservé du 3 au 12/07; pour des raisons personnelles je n’ai pas pu venir à compter du 3 juillet mais du 7/07. J’ai donc payé un séjour pour la période du 3 au 12 juillet alors que je ne suis resté que du 7 au 12 juillet. Un séjour d’une durée équivalente (6 jours) au Novotel Orléans la source m’aurait coûté le même prix.
L’assurance proposée par booking ne prend pas en compte ce cas de figure : CONCLUSION Éviter de réserver à l’aide de l’application Booking.com. Adressez-vous directement à la direction de l’hôtel qui est très agréable.

L’hôtel ne possède pas de climatisation les chambres des fournaises prix pour la nuit excessif pour un hôtel non doté en climatisation.

Emplacement, c est pour cela que je l ai choisi

Cons:

Accueil correct avec rapidité , personne au petit déjeuner ( personne pour débarrasser ) buffet médiocre et au départ : pas de merci , pas d au revoir , pas de bonne route , pas : tout s est bien passé

To avoid during summer and not clean at all

the location was right for my needs

Cons:

It was a real disaster:
1. We didnt get any bath towels and because there was not any reception at the time I arrived, it was impossible to get one prior to leaving in the morning
2. There is not any fan or air conditioning. Summers in France are already quite hot (this is not a this year new thing!)
3. There were plenty of ants in the room
4. There were plenty of flys in the room
