Staff is helpful, friendly and accomodate my stay in English.
The room which I stayed in was not well maintained, loud, could hear many others, as it was a disabled friendly room, the toilet was way too high.. I mean waaaaay tooo high.. I am tall, but my feet did not fully touched the tiles while... well, while doing official toilet business. It is not a health position to... well, to do toilet stuff. The seat was not fixed properly on the bowl either, the sink of the shower did not go down.
To their defense though, I have not raised it, I`m not one to complain, and the cleaning staff seen the water and fixed the sink, as it was better the other day, but travelling a long way and doing business all day I had no affection to confront on this. But a strange room choice.
There was no proper privacy shade in the bathroom, only full blackout solutions.

Ein klein bisschen mehr Unterhalt würde nicht schaden.
Preis-Leistung ist sehr gut. Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nur wenige Schritte von der Loire und von der Altstadt entfernt.

Second time we have stayed in the last 12 months. Both times there have been problems with maintenance of bathrooms. This time, toilet seat insecure, awful condensation so towels wet, damp and sink blocked. Sink taps wobbly.

Il est lmportant de vérifier le bon fonctionnement du chauffage dans la salle de bain. Système suranné et impossible à utiliser correctement par le client. De l'eau qui suinte tout autour de la fenêtre... Ces désagréments peuvent être éliminés.
