Nice place, great staff, great location
Pros:

Nice old building. Great location. Super friendly helpful staff. Spacious room. Convenient parking (which you pay for).

Cons:

if you want twin beds you have to specify this, even if you have ticked the box for twin room. Also we had ants in our room. We were given another room which was a bit of a hassle but better than staying with the ants or with ant spray. But not a deal breaker, could happen to anyone.

Super chambre avec partie enfant, partie adulte séparée et le personnel à la réception etait extrêmement gentil et servi

La double chambre avec enfants séparés

Cons:

On a pas pu utilisé la baignoire, le bouchon ne fermait pas et l’eau chaude etait pas assez chaude
Mais la douche allait très bien

Parking devant l'hôtel
Une incroyable hauteur sous plafond dans la chambre.
Merci pour la bouteille d'eau mais pourquoi ne pas en remettre une le deuxième jour.

Cons:

Tout est un peu vieillot. La déco, les espaces communs, la salle du petit déjeuner ...tout paraît vieux. Et le lustre de la chambre gagne le pompon.
La douche coule seule la nuit, l'eau chaude est à peine chaude, et la baignoire se vide mal.
Les oreillers sont mous.
Le gel douche est accroché au mur mais bien bas...

heel centrale ligging in zo een prachtige stad als Tours, prive parking aan het hotel(11 euro)leuk oud hotel, zowat opgepoetste vergane glorie

Cons:

ons tweepersoonsbed was een twijfelaar, toch eventjes wennen🫣en nogal hard

Staff is helpful, friendly and accomodate my stay in English.

Cons:

The room which I stayed in was not well maintained, loud, could hear many others, as it was a disabled friendly room, the toilet was way too high.. I mean waaaaay tooo high.. I am tall, but my feet did not fully touched the tiles while... well, while doing official toilet business. It is not a health position to... well, to do toilet stuff. The seat was not fixed properly on the bowl either, the sink of the shower did not go down.
To their defense though, I have not raised it, I`m not one to complain, and the cleaning staff seen the water and fixed the sink, as it was better the other day, but travelling a long way and doing business all day I had no affection to confront on this. But a strange room choice.
There was no proper privacy shade in the bathroom, only full blackout solutions.

Très belle ville avec ses magnifiques châteaux aux alentours

L’emplacement était idéal. Le personnel était très accueillant (Étienne nous a très bien accueilli et conseillé durant notre séjour). Tours est une très belle ville
