Excelente ubicación! Habitaciones grandes y cómodas, buen desayuno
Pros:

La ubicación es excelente! En la misma calle con restaurantes y una movida muy linda. Tiene un parking a 2 min caminando, como estuvimos fin de semana salió gratis.
La atención de Oliver fue genial, súper cordial. Muy buenas habitaciones y desayuno casero muy rico

The location was great, on a street with a lot of restaurants and commerce. The room was spacious and very clean, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming, including the dog!

Cons:

Not really a dislike, but there were no window blinds, and there was no elevator.

Tudo excelente. O anfitrião é muito simpático, nos colocou no primeiro andar. Achamos que teria barulho a noite, mas foi bem tranquilo. Localização perfeita. E o café da manhã muito gostoso. Aliás, um capuchinho maravilhoso.

Situation centrale. Notre chambre sous les toits, ne donnait pas sur les ruelles très animés. Bon conseil pour l'arrangement de l'hôtel avec le parking très central et accessible à pied.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur donc pas conseillé aux personnes âgées ou avec des valises trop lourdes. Dans le parking pas d'instructions où on peut payer pour sortir (1 caisse trouvée à la sortie uniquement, bien noter sa place de stationnement). Petit déjeuner très simple, pas de buffet.

Super hôtel avec un super hôte !
Pros:

L'accueil de l'hôte était incroyable ! Vraiment au top, en plus il nous a aidé à porter nos valises.
L'établissement est très bien situé ce qui nous a permis de visiter Tours à pieds.
La chambre était spacieuse et confortable.
Une petite cour était également appréciable.
Le parking proposé par l'hôte juste à côté de l'établissement était parfait. (il nous avait également prévenu en avance que les routes allaient être fermées à cause du marathon).

Cons:

Absolument rien, c'était super.
