Gentilezza, professionalità, confort e ottimo prezzo, grazie!
Pros:

Comincio dalla comunicazione, in quanto i gestori si sono preoccupati con largo anticipo di inviare mail e messaggi con tute le informazioni relative alla città di Tours e sull'ubicazione dell'alloggio, avvisando che si trovava in una zona di "movida" e che poteva essere non del tutto silenziosa...tuttavia non ho avuto minimamente questo problema, in ogni caso ho apprezzato la professionalità della comunicazione. Per il resto posizione ottima, facilmente raggiungibile da qualsiasi parte si arrivi in città e vicina a tutti i luoghi di interesse della città, camera pulita con tutto l'essenziale senza difetti e al momento della partenza l'host si è reso disponibile con molta gentilezza a prestare il servizio deposito bagagli, grazie, assolutamente una delle prime scelte a ottimo prezzo se si soggiorna a Tours.

Je garde précieusement la carte de visite de cet hôtel pour un prochain séjour.
Pros:

Personnel très accueillant.
Hôtel situé en plein centre ville et tout près du tram ce qui facilite les déplacements pour les visites.
Chambre de taille moyenne très accueillante et agréable.
Petit déjeuner copieux et varié.

Cons:

Le petit problème d'arrivée d'eau chaude 🤨.

L'emplacement idéal, l'amabilité du personnel

Cons:

Peu insonorisé, on entend beaucoup la rue. Il pourrait y avoir plus de prises (ou une multiprise à disposition)
