J’ai passé un excellent moment dans cet établissement, et je tiens particulièrement à souligner la qualité exceptionnelle du service au restaurant. Les deux serveurs en salle ont été rapides, efficaces, discrets et d’un professionnalisme remarquable. Leur sens de l’organisation et leur attention aux moindres détails ont vraiment fait la différence. C’est rare de voir un service aussi fluide et maîtrisé !
L’accueil à la réception a été tout aussi irréprochable. Que ce soit le soir à mon arrivée ou le matin au moment du départ, chaque personne rencontrée a fait preuve d’un accueil chaleureux, professionnel et attentif. On sent une vraie culture du service et un plaisir à bien recevoir les clients.
Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe – je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommanderai l’endroit autour de moi !
