Pros:

Les points forts de l'établissement sont l'emplacement à Naples et la gentillesse du personnel. L'hôtel est très propre (nombreuses serviettes et produits de toilette) avec une très bonne climatisation. Literie formidable à mémoire de forme.
Le petit déjeuner est simple mais servi de façon individualisée avec accès à une terrasse.
L'hôtel est situé au 4eme et 5eme étages de l'immeuble avec petits ascenceurs. Entrées sécurisées par caméra.

Cons:

L'équipement est quelque peu vieillissant (miroir de salle de bain totalement piqué, revêtement de meubles usés). Notre fenêtre (chambre pour 4) était très haute et petite, donc inaccessible.
Attention : la taxe de séjour, les petits déjeuners non prévus au départ et les extras se payent uniquement en cash !.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metro, ale spokojnie można też wszędzie dotrzeć na nogach. Dużo przyjemniejsza dzielnica niż okolice dworca. Obsługa miła, bezproblemowa. Pokój przestronny, z szafą i super działającą klimatyzacją. Codziennie sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników. Jak na Włochy to czysto, chociaż kabina mogłaby zostać trochę odświeżona :D

Cons:

Tragiczne łóżko, koniecznie do wymiany. Skrzypiące, zapadające się na środku, nie da się na tym spać.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Pros:

Sehr gute, ruhige Lage; das Zentrum und der Hafen sind fussläufig gut erreichbar. Wir waren 3 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es hat alles, was wir für einen Städtetrip benötigten. Man hört keinen Strassenlärm und da wir ein Zimmer am Ende des Ganges hatten, war es sehr ruhig (nur an einem Morgen hörten wir die Nachbarn, hat uns aber nicht gestört). Schöne Dachterrasse, die wir aber infolge der Hitze nicht genutzt haben. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut und leise (mit Oecomodus).

Cons:

Effektiv sind die Zimmer sehr ringhörig und das könnte ein Problem sein, je nach Zimmerlage und Zimmernachbar…

Ho apprezzato la posizione del B&B (centralissima, letteralmente a pochi passi dalla stazione della metropolitana Università, da corso Umberto I e da via Mezzocannone) e la cortesia dello staff.

Cons:

La stanza, al 5. piano, è raggiungibile con un percorso un po' scomodo.
La colazione sarebbe più apprezzabile se offrisse qualche specialità napoletana.

Cordialità, disponibilità dello staff e pulizia. La stanza è luminosa. Il bagno era in camera.

Cons:

E' un po' problematico lasciare l'auto per strada per scaricare il bagaglio. E' quasi sempre necessario usufruire a pagamento del garage che si trova accanto al portone di ingresso (eur 30 al giorno). La presenza del garage è comunque comoda perché i parcheggi pubblici sono tutti a pagamento. L'accesso alla struttura è posto ad un piano al quale si arriva tramite ascensore. Dal portone per raggiungere il piano occorreva fare diversi scalini fastidiosi quando occorreva spostare il bagaglio. Al piano era presente un po' di disordine per oggetti accatastati. Tali oggetti però non ostacolavano l'accesso ma erano sgradevoli alla vista.
