El personal fue muy amable y me ayudó con un cambio de habitación.

Cons:

Hotel muy ruidoso. Las habitaciones dan a un patio con un extractor de aire que hace un ruido terrible a ratos. Todo el tiempo. Parece de broma. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba pero me cambiaron de habitación.

Pros:

Nice double room for one at very good price. Bed comfortable. Bathroom clean. Rom had heating via air conditioning unit which was needed as it was cold and windy in Naples for the days I stayed. Room cleaned and bed made every day. Breakfast was plentiful.and a normal Italian sweet breakfast with the addition of a selection of ham, salami and cheese. Coffee and juice on offer but no tea, so.if you don't drink coffee you'll need to bring some tea bags. All staff pleasant and helpful though English only spoken on reception. Great central.location very near the central station and the airport bus stop.

Cons:

My only niggle was the glass door from the street to the hotel had to be opened electronically by reception and if they weren't there you had to wait a few minutes sometime to get back in.

Da migliorare la pompa di calore. Non si capiva come funzionasse con accensione e spegnimento e regolazione della temperatura. Partiva da solo ad intervalli ma scaldava poco

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Sehr gute Lage wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist. Metro direkt vor der Tür. Bahnhof nur 200 Meter entfernt.

Cons:

Es ist nicht das neuste Hotel ( Mobiliar).
