Nulla, solo uno dei signori al desk era carino e accogliente, gli altri no

Una vera delusione. Tralasciando il fatto che la camera non corrisponde alle foto, che è tutto mezzo rotto, lenzuola bucate, muffa nella doccia, lampade rotte, formiche, zanzare, telecomando presente solo se richiesto e altro. La cosa più grave è la comunicazione: chiamo giorni e giorni prima per avere info su come arrivare in struttura e ad un concerto dato che stavo senza macchina; mi viene detto che scendendo ad una certa stazione i taxi ci avrebbero chiesto 7 a testa quindi 15, ovviamente ci chiedono il doppio. Poi ci viene detto che degli amici di tale Andrea(colui che ci ha dato tutte queste info sbagliate) ci avrebbero accompagnato andata e ritorno per un totale di 20 euro TOTALI. Felicissimi e convinti di aver risolto tutti i nostri problemi ci siamo fidati. Arrivati ci dicono che queste informazioni erano sbagliate (nonostante gli altri fossero i cugini di questo Andrea) e che non era possibile tutto ciò. Mi sono imposta per fare trovare una soluzione e per fortuna un signore, chiedendoci un po' di più, ci ha portati. Non è per i soldi che mi lamento, ma per la responsabilità che il personale si dovrebbe prendere quando accetta le telefonate e dà direttive al telefono. Quando ho chiamato io chiedevo consigli sui mezzi da prendere e il signore ci ha fatto delle proposte alternative che ho accettato, ma erano tutte e dico tutte info sbagliate. inaccettabile. C'è da rivedere tutto. Il loro modo per scusarsi per di più è stato offrire 2 bottiglie d'acqua...

Ottimo albergo. Struttura pulita e accogliente, personale gentile e sempre disponibile. La camera era confortevole e silenziosa, perfetta per riposare. Colazione buona e posizione comoda per muoversi facilmente. Un soggiorno piacevole dall’inizio alla fine. Consigliato
