Hugely disappointed and avoid at all cost !
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, although I had requested twin beds this was not delivered do at midnight we had to accept a double bed.

Cons:

Unhelpful, aggressive, threatening staff member.
Dirty, unsafe location.
Not delivered on contractural contract.

Not as advertised
Pros:

Staff was very nice and location is great, right by the port

Cons:

Not a hotel as advertised but rather serviced rooms within a larger building complex.
We were given a second floor room facing a big road, super loud the whole night made it extremely hard to sleep even with earplugs. We really value quality of sleep when staying out and unfortunately this fell very much short of expectations

Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut Genial, direkt am Hafen kann man direkt mit den Fähren wegfahren, aber auch der Bahnhof ist mit der U-Bahn schnell zu erreichen und die Innenstadt ist ebenso Fußläufig erreichbar!
Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und bemüht!

Cons:

Es gibt mehrere Mia Suites, man muss wirklich aufpassen ob man im richtigen Gebäude ist.
Mein ganzes Zimmer ist mit Fließen ausgekleidet, das macht die Angelegenheit ziemlich rutschig nach dem Duschen

Convenient and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great location if you are needing to be close to the port. Rooms are small but beds are very comfortable. Host was very helpful.

L emplacement impeccable pour les voyageurs qui partent le lendemain dans les îles, proche de l embarcadère , de l arrêt de bus et de rues commerçantes.
