Nice room in good location with helpful staff
Pros:

Nice location near the port, we were offered an upgraded room with a nice bathtub and TV. The room was clean, promptly ready. Check in was very easy and staff was very helpful, they also allowed us to store our luggage with them after check in while we had lunch.

W związku z ryzykiem dojazdu do Neapolu po 23 nasz pokoj zostal zmieniony na Mia Siutes Porto z opcją self check-in. Polecam wcześniej ustalić z personelem szczegóły w przypadku nocnych przylotów do Neapolu. Może to wymagać dodatkowej opłaty. Dziękuję Simona za pomoc w stresującej sytuacji!

到着10:30と伝えてあったのに、到着したらスタッフが居なくて、鍵が掛かって、電話も繋がらず、30分程待った、連絡が付き、スタッフが来たが、不機嫌で荷物預けに5ユーロ請求された、チェックOUT後荷物引き取りにスタッフ居ないと困るので、荷物預かり所に預けた。

Posizione super top!
A 10 minuti da Pizza del Plebiscito, super comoda.
Staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Cuscini un po’ scomodi e mancanza di corda per la persiana che faceva entrare troppa luce.. la tenda c’era, ma era piccola.
Insonorizzazione della camera assente, e purtroppo la maleducazione delle persone che tornando a ora tarda non erano per niente silenziose.. anzi, non si faceva problemi a fare schiamazzi.
