Pros:

O quarto estava limpo, tinha secador de cabelo, ar condicionado, cofre e um mini frigobar.
Havia limpeza diária.
A cortina vedava bem a entrada da luz.
Estava tudo novinho.

Pra quem quer ficar perto do Porto é bem próximo.

Cons:

Como já cheguei próximo de 20:00, o local onde fica o hotel era um pouco deserto e deu uma certa insegurança para caminhar por ali a noite. Havia apenas poucos comércios de indianos abertos no horário.

A recepção fica no 6o andar de um prédio comercial. O acesso ocorre por senha em duas portarias antes do elevador.

Para subir à recepção, no 6o andar, é preciso usar a escada ou pelo elevador. Dependendo do horário, o uso do elevador é possível mediante pagamento com moeda de 5 centavos por viagem (difícil ter a moeda pra todas idas e vindas).

Sobre os quartos, pareceu ser um grande espaço que foi dividido com paredes de dry wall para fazer os quartos.

Não parece haver tratamento acústico já que eh possível ouvir as conversas e também o barulho das fechaduras eletrônicas dos outros quartos / hóspedes. Ouvimos também barulhos de avião.

O box é pequeno, mas parece ser o padrão europeu.

O código que liberava o acesso ao andar e ao meu quarto foi desabilitado durante minha hospedagem e ficamos sem acesso. Tivemos sorte de ser num horário em que a recepção funcionava pra pedir novos acessos (meu quarto ficava 2 andares acima da recepção).

Não há responsável 24h.
Havia mosquitos no quarto.
Não era uma cama de casal, mas sim duas de solteiro. Assim, ficou desconfortável dormir com um buraco no meio da cama.
A troca de toalhas é cobrada.

Há cobrança pela guarda das malas após o checkin (10:00), mas o hotel isenta a cobrança se for feita uma boa avaliação o que, na minha visão, invalida qualquer avaliação enviesada que tenha sido registrada nas plataformas disponíveis.

Tentamos pagar pela guarda das malas na retirada, mas eles insistiram na review, o que meu marido, infelizmente, acabou fazendo pelo Google.

Não recomendo apesar do custo atrativo.

Pros:

the building and the loaction of the hotel is an old business tower which make it scary at night with but its near to many attractions specially the city center with a lot of restaurants around.

Cons:

No reception as our room was in a separate building & our expectation the whole building is an hotel.
but ended up only one floor is the hotel, rest are offices

Pros:

Ottima la posizione, fra centro di Napoli e Stazione marittima. Camera 4 con vista sul mare.

מיקום מעולה למי שממשיך במעבורת, הליכה של 5 דקות בבוקר לנמל נאפולי. אנחנו לקחנו חדר עם נוף לנמל ולהר הווזוב והיה שווה. חדר האמבטיה מודרני ומשופץ היטב, מגבות גדולות ונעימות. יש מסעדות נחמדות ובתי קפה לארוחת בוקר בסביבת המלון הקרובה מאד.

Cons:

פחות אהבנו את זה שיש מדרגה בחדר בין אזור השינה לשירותים, החדר לא ניתן להחשכה מוחלטת בלילה, אין מספיק מקום למזוודות, למזלנו באנו רק עם תיקי יד אז היה בסדר גמור.

THE MOST DISGUSTING PLACE EVER!!!

It was overall an horrible experience for us.

1- Cleanliness: 0/10
On our second day we realized that there were dirty towels on our bed. Then the staff told us that they LITERALLY TOOK DIRTY USED TOWELS OFF THE FLOOR AND PUT THEM ON OUR BED!!! Once we told this issue to the receptionist, he informed us that the towels are changed after only 3 (THREE) DAYS!!!! What kind of a hygiene level does this place have? We stayed for 3 nights and had to sleep in the same sheets on which they put dirty towels, we were so so disgusted!

2- Staff: 2/10
We arrived at 15.00 and had to wait 40 mins to complete the check in. They had no waiting area or even chairs to sit, we were incredibly exhausted and when asked to be seated whilst waiting the receptionist was really rude and raised his voice stating he’s the only one here and we need to wait. Why is this our problem?
The cleaning staff starts working around 8-8.30 AM, they’re incredibly loud, impossible to even stay in the room after they start working.
About the towel incident, the staff tried to explain how it’s their “normal procedure” and we should’ve keep using the same towels. We were so fed up and told them ok couple of times but this “explanation” and kind of blaming us kept going for the entire stay.

3- Facility: 5/10
There is a paid elevator during specific times of the day. The reception is on the 6th floor of the building and the rooms are distributed in the same building. You may have to climb 6 floors if you don’t have change, be cautious.
There are no toiletries as well. Only shampoo was given, not even a hand soap.
