The people are fabulous and the view is special. The kitchen and dining experience needs an upgrade
Pros:

View was amazing. Room was a generous size with comfortable beds. The bathroom was small and the supplies minimal. Not to be too critical because I'd go back but it was a bit less than anticipated for the price.

Cons:

Food. The kitchen couple have an upgrade.

Wonderful breakfast options, amazing view from the balcony, relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

For the dinner and lunch menu I thought there could’ve been more options to choose from. And it’s pricey, I thought we could’ve been more incentivized to stay up at the hotel instead of going into town

Lovely hotel with great sea views from rooms and pool. Bit of an uphill hike from town.
Pros:

Fabulous views, great pool, big room and large balcony

Cons:

All the staff we friendly and helpful but I am sorry to say there was one exception to this, the young lady on reception. When we arrived to check in, there was a gentleman and this young lady on duty, she did not cast a look at us and continued to talk to the man in Italian whilst we just stood there. The man then welcomed us and commenced the check in, whilst he did this the young lady continued to talk 'at him' in Italian , completely ignoring us, it was like we were invisible and of course we had no idea what was she was saying that was so important it couldn't wait until after we had checked in.

The hotel was really charming and was full of gorgeous artwork and stunning Murano glass lights.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent with plenty on offer. The staff were warm and friendly and liked to share the fascinating history of this family run hotel.

Cons:

I always like to have tea & coffee making facilities which wasn’t provided.

Une très belle et agréable semaine de vacances
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est très agréable, avec un personnel très accueillant, une belle piscine qui permet de se détendre et de magnifiques extérieurs. La ville de Sorrento est largement accessible à pied (nous y avons été tous les soirs et quelques fois en journée) mais il faut être prêt à faire une remontée sportive.
La chambre était petite mais toutefois agréable. Le petit déjeuner était bon et disposait du nécéssaire (gâteaux, fruits, pains et confitures, charcuterie et fromage).

Pros:

Location was ideal. It was quiet and away from the busyness of the main Sorrento streets. The path from hotel to the main street was easy to navigate and away from the main roads.
The staff were super friendly and always so helpful and caring with my queries or needs.
Lovely atmosphere and picture perfect breakfast view whilst enjoying hotel breakfast every morning!
