Overall, we enjoyed our stay and feel the experience would be improved if food/ drinks were better.
Pros:

The cleaner was super. It was nice to come back to a tidy room everyday and fresh towels. The room is small and a bit dated but clean and the views from room and the hotel are spectacular. We read a few comments about the long walk down to Sorrento town and steep climb back up but you get to the main plaza in 10 min walk which is great. The walk back up is slightly steeper but worth it for the views and also the hotel is away from the business of town centre. The staff were very friendly and offered late check out and to store our bags. The staff kindly offered advice on restaurants and said there is a shuttle service down to restaurants although we did not take them up on this offer as we wanted to walk.

The pool facilities were very clean and it’s a lovely area. Pool was very cold in October but can imagine it would be lovely in the Summer! There were always sun beds available.

Cons:

The room was cold and there was only a thin sheet available on the bed. We stayed in October and although there was a spare duvet in the cupboard, we didn’t know how regularly it had been washed and decided not to use it.

We stayed for lunch on the first day and unfortunately the food was not good and very pricy. We had a breaded chicken meal with chips and potato mozerella croquettes. Seemed like frozen food, poor quality and cold. We were told pasta was not on offer - maybe this would have been better. We spent about €40 and we had to leave most of the food. Again with breakfast, croissants were ok but seemed to have sugar on top/ were very sweet. We decided to only go for breakfast one morning out of three as we didn’t really like many of the options. Eggs did not look appealing. However, staff were attentive at breakfast.

Taxis are very expensive, we could not have travelled with luggage up to the hotel. We were €32 from train station for an 8 min journey up to hotel and €40 from the hotel to the ferry port.

Pros:

Beautiful, formerly a monastery from hundreds of years ago. The views were incredible. Best croissants and cappuccino I’ve ever had.

סיבוב הכניסה בעייתי מאד הגוגל מפ בגלל קו לבן על הכביש
לא מכניס למלון כשמגיעים מסורנטו והוא מושך את המסלול עד המקום בו ניתן לבצע סיבוב פרסה
רצוי לבקש שבכניסה למלון יהיה על הכביש פס הפרדה לא רציף

Very charming hotel, with great staff but some rooms can be small and transport options back from town are difficult.
Pros:

The property grounds are absolutely beautiful. The views are very nice. The staff is very nice and attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The location is great to get to downtown. Free breakfast.

Cons:

Our first room was really small we had to ask for an upgrade. The hotel is quite dated, but still charming. Getting up from town is a hassle, either you need to take unreliable public transport busses or walk up which is not an easy task. No shuttles like some other hotels.

送迎付きのレストランを2回利用しました。とても美味しかったし、送迎もスムーズでした。
受付では、要望にすぐ、対応してくれて、感謝している。
2回目の利用ですが、ぜひまた利用したいです。

Cons:

部屋からの眺めは、素晴らしいのに、とても狭く、浴室は、ハンドシャワーに切替が出来なかったので、使いにくかった。
