Pros:

Everything. Wonderful stay, our second time. Great location for visitor to Bordeaux, both for walking and access to trams.

Cons:

One item, which we also mentioned last year. Those photo images displayed of various female poses on the way to room 119, seemed out of place. Perhaps, the appropriateness of their display should be reconsidered. Thank you.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The staff were very friendly, the place was clean, and it was quiet throughout our stay. Cleaning was done regularly, and the team was always available on WhatsApp to assist with any questions, which was very convenient.

We stayed in a twin room — both beds were large and very comfortable. We slept really well and felt fully rested, which allowed us to truly enjoy Bordeaux and the surrounding areas.

The location is great — close to the old town, and there is a tram stop nearby with a direct connection to the airport for just €1.90.

Highly recommended.

Would definitely come back despite the irritation over coffee!
Pros:

great location within 150 m of the tramway directly on the airport - city centre line, the hotel is well decorated and very clean and the staff generally helpful despite a minor irritation over coffee - see below

Cons:

We were staying over a Bank Holiday and the bar was closed Sunday & Monday afternoon / evening. Upon returning mid afternoon on Easter Monday we asked if it were possible to get a coffee, three staff were behind reception and they said it was not possible as there was not the staff present to do this, given that the coffee was served from a bean to cup machine I found this response disappointing as we were the only people in reception. One staff member suggested a hotel a couple of streets away!!!
