Comfortable and well decorated, but it lacked the small touches that make a stay pleasant.
Pros:

I really liked the interiors and decoration.I liked the fact that we can feel at home.

Cons:

I didn't like the lack of friendliness from the receptionists. Marcel did the minimum and was avoidant, not welcoming, we could feel that he didn't want to engage, always looking down. It is not really what you expect when you arrive in a hotel. We were disappointed not to be able to order something to eat or to drink because the restaurant/bar was closed on Sunday/Monday. That is unfortunate for a hotel. Lastly the smell when you enter the hotel (vinegar) was not pleasant.

Pros:

On ne peut qu'être ravi par le style de l'hôtel et par son emplacement mais j'ai surtout apprécié l'accueil (souriant, à l'écoute) des réceptionnistes et leur professionnalisme. Ajouté à ça, un hôtel bien tenu et calme. A noter que dans les chambres donnant sur la rue, on peut entendre le son du clocher mais il est plutôt agréable.

Cons:

Le matelas ne me convenait pas. Il y avait une différence de niveau.

Bon accueil , literie très confortable, chambre spacieuse et agréable

Cons:

J’aurai préféré une baignoire dans la salle de bain
Et un système de chauffage indépendant de la chambre
