リアルト橋、水上バスの停泊場から徒歩すぐという立地の良さに加え、スタッフのホスピタリティの高さがすごい。
いつでも困ったことがあれば聞いてくれ、と声掛けしてくれる人たちで、過ごしていて快適しかなかった。
朝ごはんは基本的なバイキングだが、スタッフの方がオムレツかスクランブルエッグを作ってくれて、とても美味しく上に、カフェサービスもしてもらえる。
総合的に見てもとてもいい宿だった。

The owner, the staff and services were above and beyond. Top hospitality. Amazing breakfast all fresh baked and the best omelet ever made by the gracious host. 24 hour service best location and views of Rialto and grand Canal.

Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed at. Everyone was super welcoming and the hotel is lovely and at a great location.

Superb location, and a home away from home. Matteo and his phenomenal staff made us feel more than welcomed. The friendliness and personal touch in all they did was outstanding and the breakfast was a feast. We will be back for sure.

All of it! The location was amazing! The hospitality was incredible from the time we booked until the moment we left!

An exceptional boutique hotel located directly on the Grand Canal! The on sight owner (Mateo) and his staff are phenomenal. Accommodating every request... and offering spot-on recommendations for restaurants, sightseeing, travel arrangements, etc. A small terrace overlooking the Rialto Bridge and Grand Canal is a truly special place for the excellent breakfast included each morning. If possible, arrive via a water taxi directly from Marco Polo airport to the hotel's private dock on the Grand Canal. Mateo was on the dock to welcome us personally, and gave us a brief tour and history of his property. Personal touches like this continued throughout our stay... and made it special, almost like your part of the family.
We booked the Junior Suite with a water level view directly on the Grand Canal. A very large double window can be opened and offers an incredible view of passing gondolas, the Rialto Bridge and the everyday boat traffic. I'd be surprised if there is another hotel room that offers such an intimate view of daily life on the Grand Canal... we literally spent hours here, relaxing and drinking it all in.

The location could not be better- on grand canal and superb view from terrace.
The staff was exceptional so friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend!

het zicht vanop het (ontbijt)terras zo goed als naast de ponte di Rialto aan het grand canal is ongelofelijk. De kamer was groot en lichtrijk en sober maar sfeervol ingericht met klassiek venetiaans meubilair. Het personeel (family run) van dit kleine hotel is bijzonder behulpzaam en erop gericht je verblijf zo mooi mogelijk te maken. Je wordt er met de voornaam aangesproken. Het ontbijt is veelzijdig vers en lekker. Fantastische centrale ligging om Venetie te voet te gaan ontdekken.

Alle Mitarbeiter und der Inhaber des Al Ponte Antico waren so aufmerksam und haben sich so viel Mühe gegeben, uns den Aufenthalt in Venedig noch schöner zu gestalten. Vielen lieben Dank an alle! Das Frühstück und der Blick von der Hotelterrasse ist einmalig, wir haben es sehr genossen, genauso wie die Lage, gleich in der Altstadt zu sein. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
