Honestly, I would never stay there again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
Pros:

The only thing that was “okay” was the view and food.

Cons:

The room was not properly cleaned. I walked barefoot and stepped on some hair. In the pictures, the place looked amazing and luxurious, but in reality, it was honestly awful and very disappointing.

The staff were a bit strange and not particularly friendly. When we checked in, the receptionist told us that if we went anywhere, we had to leave the key at the reception. Honestly, I found this really uncomfortable and ridiculous. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything important in the room because I was worried that something might be taken — you never know.

Pros:

Posizione comoda, di fronte alla fermata del traghetto e raggiungibile in breve a piedi dalla stazione. Staff cordiale e accogliente e atmosfera retro' grazie gli arredi in stile veneziano settecentesco.

Very Good location.
Pros:

It’s Location in the centre. Good quarter. The boat station stop (vaporetto) just in front of the hôtel.

Cons:

The lift was not working during all stay.
Réception Staff not very welcoming.

Mi e piaciuto la colazione

Non mi e piacuta la camera i speci della camera era sporci e le coperte erano anche sporce e nella prima notte cherano i cimici da letto sull letto e nella prima notte non potevamo dormire e loro hanno detto che dobbiamo aspettare fino la mattina finche trovano una camera libera e dovevamo restare fuori dalle 12 di notte fino ale 11 di mattina.
