Śniadania słabe

There was ongoing renovation work inside the hotel, and drilling and hammering started every morning, making it impossible to sleep.

The windows and curtains did not open properly, preventing guests from fully enjoying the canal view. The breakfast was very poor, and the bed was uncomfortable.

The price was comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, even though this is only a 3-star hotel. In reality, the quality felt below 3-star standards.

There is no elevator, making it unsuitable for families with heavy luggage, baby strollers, or guests with disabilities. There was also no staff available to assist with carrying luggage.

The room I received did not match the description on my booking. According to my reservation, the room was supposed to have a garden view, but upon arrival, I found that it had no view at all. When I raised this issue with the reception staff, they spoke to me in an inappropriate manner and claimed that no rooms with a garden view existed. However, I could clearly see that there were several rooms with garden views available.

In addition, the elevator was not working during my stay, which made it very difficult to move around with a child's pram, as we had to use the stairs instead.

Finally, the room size and level of cleanliness did not meet the standard I expected for the price I paid. Overall, I was very disappointed with my experience, as the accommodation did not match the description provided at the time of booking and the service I received was unsatisfactory.

La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata estremamente deludente e non posso assolutamente consigliarlo.

Prima di tutto, al momento della prenotazione non era indicato su nessuna piattaforma che fossero in corso importanti lavori di ristrutturazione. Ogni mattina alle 8:00 iniziavano rumorosi lavori con martelli pneumatici e perforazioni a pochi metri dalle camere. Durante il nostro soggiorno stavano installando un ascensore, causando un rumore continuo e molto fastidioso. Trovo inaccettabile che un hotel nel pieno della stagione estiva, quando gli ospiti arrivano per riposarsi e godersi le vacanze, non informi preventivamente della presenza di lavori così invasivi.

Quando abbiamo fatto presente il problema, il personale non ha mostrato comprensione né disponibilità. Al contrario, alcune risposte sono state scortesi e aggressive, invece di cercare una soluzione o almeno scusarsi per il disagio causato.

A peggiorare ulteriormente la situazione, durante il soggiorno siamo stati vittime di un furto. Anche in questo caso la gestione della situazione è stata insoddisfacente e priva della necessaria attenzione verso il cliente.

Le camere presentavano inoltre odore di muffa e la posizione dell’hotel è piuttosto scomoda rispetto al centro città.

Nel complesso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è molto scarso. La mancanza di trasparenza riguardo ai lavori, l’atteggiamento poco professionale del personale e la gestione dei problemi hanno reso il soggiorno estremamente spiacevole.

Per questi motivi non consiglio questa struttura. L’ospitalità non si misura solo dalla qualità delle camere, ma soprattutto dal modo in cui vengono trattati gli ospiti e affrontati i problemi, e sotto questo aspetto l’hotel ha dimostrato gravi carenze.

Es wäre toll wenn frische Früchte am Frühstück vorhanden wäre

Énormément de bruit du a une station de bateau au pied de l’immeuble et surtout de gros travaux actuellement dans l’immeuble qui n’ont pas été signalé ni sur booking, ni sur leur site ou a la reception de l’hotel.
Ce n’est pas normal d’être réveillé a 8h par des bruits de marteau piqueur tout le long de notre séjour.
