Les agents d'accueil, Mme Simone et son collègue étaient très agréables.
L'hôtel se trouve face à la Gare St Jean de Luz et à côté de la halte Gare routière. Il y a tout autour, marché, office du tourisme, plusieurs banques, différents restaurants et le centre-ville.
Je vous le recommande.
Il y avait qu'une seule chaise dans la chambre pour 2 personnes et ce n'était pas évident. La chambre est toute petite.

la moisissure dans les joints de la salle de bain, pour un 3 étoiles mettre un sèche cheveux à disposition, changer le sol car parquet tout abimé et les portes du placard qui vous reste dans les mains
