Buen alojamiento, repetiré.
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, ya que se encuentra a 10 minutos en bus de Plaza Catalunya, es decir, muy bien ubicado y conectado, hay parada de bus y boca de metro a 2 minutos del hotel. Habitaciones cómodas, con calefacción.

Cons:

El único "pero" fue que la mampara de la bañera no evitaba que se saliese el agua durante la ducha, con lo cual, se generaba un charco de agua en el suelo del baño cada vez que te duchabas.

Once you get there you receive a paper with 10000 rules. I felt like in prison. No visitors are allowed, even if i payed for a studio, not for a simple room, and i even payed that tourist tax for 2 persons even if i traveled alone. I did that because i knew i will have 1-2 guests to visit me for a coffe.They ask you 100 euros as a deposit, even if this is not mentioned on booking. To make sure you receive it back you have to wash everithing in room. At some point as was surprised that they didnt put me to clean the dust from furniture. So if u planning to meet some friends and invite them for a coffe not a good place to go. Or if they do tell them to bring documents, like in the communism. The apartment was ok and clean but they have stupids rules.

Lo único bueno la ubicación para ir a donde yo tenía que ir
La cama cómoda

Cons:

Lo viejo que está el mobiliario, el olor a basura en la fregadera que es donde estaba la basura , poca limpieza en general, el baño, la nevera abres y salía olor a corrompido...
Los ruidos, está en obras y para las 8 de la mañana ya estaban picando con taladro por todos lados y a la tarde sin poder hechar la siesta una niña de 2 años...
Parece que los teníamos en nuestro apartamento
No lo recomiendo
Que aclaren que está en obras y hay ruido antes de reservar sería un detalle bastante considerable
