Perfect Location in Napoli!
Pros:

Charming property in the heart of the Spanish Quarter, very clean, excellent breakfast, beautifully decorated, and so close to public transportation. The staff was amazing, it was so nice to chat with the helpful men at the desk every day, and I loved that the hotel was always staffed. So many places to eat and drink nearby, I felt like a local staying here.

Pros:

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is excellent — very authentic and full of local charm, which made our experience in Naples even more special.
The mattresses were very comfortable, and we had a really good night’s sleep. It’s a pity we only stayed for one night!
We would definitely choose to stay here again when we return to Naples.

Cons:

It’s worth noting that the parking is located a short walk from the hotel, but it didn’t cause us any inconvenience at all.

Pros:

If you are looking for accommodation in the Quartieri Spagnoli, you probably want an authentic Neapolitan atmosphere, which you can enjoy perfectly by staying in this hotel. Here you feel like you are in the very centre, in the madly beating heart of the city. Countless attractions are within easy walking distance, there are even more shops, and it is also great from public transport's aspect.
I fell in love with the room almost immediately; it is well-equipped, comfortable, and the furniture gives it a special atmosphere. I always found it perfectly clean, too.
The receptionists are all very kind, or I should say friendly, hospitable, and we were able to communicate well in English.
Of course, a place like this can't be quiet; but the noise (Volare, oh-oh, cantare, oh-oh-oh-oh, and even the buzz of scooters) considerably dies down around midnight, so I slept well every night.
Overall, I have a very good opinion of this hotel, and recommend it to anyone who wants to truly experience the wonderful Neapolitan lifestyle ("Non sono italiana, sono Napoletana... é un' altra cosa!" as Sophia Loren had put it).

Soggiorno meraviglioso all'Hotel Il Convento. La posizione è imbattibile: nel cuore dei Quartieri Spagnoli, ma l'hotel è sorprendentemente tranquillo e silenzioso. Tutto è stato all'altezza delle aspettative: colazione eccellente, pulizia impeccabile e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Freundlicher Empfang, kenntnisreiche Portiers, umfangreiches Frühstück
die Lage ist hervorragend, viele der Sehenswürdigkeiten sind vom Hotel aus gut zu erreichen.

Cons:

wir waren zu zweit: es gibt im Zimmer nur einen Stuhl!

Séjour agréable dans une des plus belles villes d'Italie.
Pros:

Un personnel attentionné et un petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix.
La chambre est confortable et fonctionnelle.
L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter Naples et ses environs (métro et port à proximité).
Beaucoup de restaurants à proximité dans les Quartiers Espagnols.
