We had a wonderful one-night stay at this hotel in Naples. Even though our visit was short, everything was excellent from start to finish. The hotel stands out in terms of location, comfort, and overall quality.
The staff were truly exceptional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. They made our short stay very pleasant and memorable.
Because of this great experience, I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Naples with my wife this October.

Pros:

We stayed for one night in Naples — my sister and I booked two separate rooms. The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The lady working the afternoon shift was extremely professional and handled my small issue efficiently and politely. The two gentlemen on duty later were also very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Great value for money in the middle of Naples
Pros:

Excellent location. A few minutes walk from the metro, just off Via Toledo. Staff couldn't be friendlier or more helpful. I need a good breakfast, it was great, replenished all the time. Scrambled eggs, good vegan choice, müsli, cheese, plant-based milk as well as ham, salami and local sweet specialities.

Perfect base for exploring Naples and the surroudning area.
Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room, with small balcony big enough to sit on for a coffee. Large bathroom, good shower and plenty of hot water. Excellent choice of hot and cold food at breakfast. All round we had a really enjoyable stay at this gem of a traditional, family run hotel.
