Pros:

15 min walk to/from the airport. The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

This is not a 5 star hotel but it's location makes up for that fact. It is right on a main road so there is a lot of car noise. At least they give you earplugs and a eyemask.

Proximité avec l’aéroport peut être . Il y a quand même pas loin de 1km à pied + circulation très dense et traverser la rue est dangereux ….,

Avevamo scelto questa struttura esclusivamente per la sua vicinanza all’aeroporto, come ultimo pernottamento prima della partenza, al rientro da una splendida vacanza a Ischia. Purtroppo è stato il peggior modo possibile per concludere il viaggio.
Durante la cena al ristorante hotel abbiamo ordinato un vino bianco Biancolella Ischia (foto). Solo quando la bottiglia è arrivata al tavolo abbiamo notato che era dell’annata 2021. Al primo assaggio il vino presentava un colore giallo intenso e un gusto che, a nostro giudizio, ricordava il Marsala, tanto da farci ritenere che non fosse nelle migliori condizioni.
La cameriera, estremamente gentile e professionale, ha portato un calice alla direttrice, che in quel momento stava cenando, affinché lo assaggiasse. Dopo averlo degustato, ci è stato riferito che “il vino è buono e il gusto è corretto”. Non condividendo questa valutazione, abbiamo deciso di non consumarlo e di ordinare un altro vino.
Con nostro stupore, al momento del conto ci siamo ritrovati addebitati sia il vino che avevamo rifiutato sia quello effettivamente consumato. Alla nostra contestazione, la direttrice ha ribadito che il vino sarebbe stato comunque addebitato, senza alcuna disponibilità al dialogo o a trovare una soluzione. Un atteggiamento che abbiamo ritenuto poco professionale, poco rispettoso del cliente e non all’altezza del ruolo di direttrice di un hotel a quattro stelle.
Anche la camera ha contribuito a rendere il soggiorno deludente: al nostro arrivo era rovente e solo grazie al condizionatore acceso mentre eravamo a cena è diventata più vivibile al nostro rientro. Inoltre, abbiamo trovato anche insetti in camera(foto) ,una situazione difficilmente accettabile in una struttura di questa categoria.
L’unica nota davvero positiva va al personale della reception, del bar e alla cameriera del ristorante, tutti estremamente cortesi, disponibili e professionali.

Изключително шумно в стаята, все едно дограма няма, цяла нощ хвърчаха автомобили, които свиркаха, поне дограмата да беше шумоизолираща. Закуската е изключително зле! Искахме просто да пренощуваме в близост до летището и да закусваме преди да отлетим на другата сутрин, уви и двете неща не се случиха!
