Pros:

Personale gentile, sorridente e premuroso nel cercare di rendere il soggiorno confortevole all ospite.
Colazione abbondante e ben fornita, Carmine super sorridente già al mattino presto e i ragazzi in sala ristorante veloci gentili e simpatici.
La reception attiva H24 con personale gentile ed attento al cliente.
Le camere pulite,in ordine ed accoglienti proporzionate a ciò che si paga il pernottamento,kit di cortesia in bagno e aria condizionata.

Unico punto leggermente sfavorevole la posizione se non si è automuniti

Pros:

Il livello di igiene va bene

Cons:

La struttura a mio avviso non è un vero quattro stelle. La stanza poco insonorizzata, servizi igienici vecchi. Colazione pessima.

Bene ma non benissimo

In albergo ci siamo venuti tante altre volte e albergo e fantastico lo staff cerca sempre di accontentarti per quello che gli e possibile

C'è solo un problema che poi si e rivelato veramente un problema, praticamente i primi giorni (si perché fuori dalla prenotazione di booking siamo restati altri 5 notti) era tutto perfetto faceva pure freddo poi i giorni sono passati e la temperatura aveva cominciato ad aumentare tanto che la notte nn si riusciva a stare infatti volevamo accendere i condizionatori, ma non funzionava abbiamo chiesto giù e c'era una signora che ci ha detto che loro accendono i condizionatori solo da maggio in poi, soltanto pensavo che visto che abbiamo preso una suite e stavamo li da diversi notti e avevamo già dato quasi mille euro, potevano accedere i condizionatori per noi, infatti noi le ultime tre notti abbiamo dovuto aprire tutte le finestre anche la notte e infatti siamo pieni di punture di zanzara, ho le foto, abbiamo le braccia piena di morsi, io capisco tutto ma visto che noi non avevamo fatto richieste particolari almeno questa si poteva accogliere

Sinceramente non è un hotel da 4 stelle e il prezzo che paghi non è corretto in base alla qualità della struttura

La posizione molto tranquilla

Cons:

Ho chiesto di avere le camere ristrutturate da poco,ma dalle foto sembra tutto completamente diverso apparte questo l’acqua della doccia non era assolutamente calda anche se lo abbiamo detto più volte non è stato risolto il problema
